Went to subway to have dinner and it ended up being the worst subway to stop at, the worker Dulce basically made the sandwich to her liking by putting all the wrong things and still had the audacity to catch an attitude when was told about her mistakes. Dulce then proceeded to make faces to my partner when we did not know what was the issue. There’s 3 Subways in Pico Rivera, trust me don’t come to this one!!!

Food was good, all items were fresh. Are was decent clean. Service provided by Jessica was not so customer friendly, no hello or welcome, eye contact was poor, she may have been having a hard day, not sure but it didn't reflect well.

Super bad customer service. Dulce was so “busy” that she couldn’t help us out!I understand she had online orders but at least a welcome I’ll be right with you but she didn’t say anything at all I was standing there for 15 minutes with my 2 kids and husband. And she didn’t even bother to look at

I really like this subway. Very nice ladies. Great communication and smiles on their faces. Friendly environment and the employees care To work. Most subways always appear as if their employees want to just end it all when they get off. Not this subway. The district manager is also nice.
This is the worst Subway ever. On two occasions I tried ordering "TheBoss" sandwich. The first time they were out of meatballs, the second time no mozzarella cheese. The two guy's making the sandwiches provide poor customer service. The sandwiches are made sloppy and with no attention whatsoever. This Subway should shut down.
