In what right mind do you call chicken confetti and some hard cold at that fries a whole meal I purchased four items and two drinks. Over 80 dollars. For something that in other locations was even bigger. It's disappointing knowing you rob customers and give them scraps of food and not to mention charge over a dollar for any side. The sauce do you threaten your employees with using more than a tablespoon. It's such a disappointment to try and support local businesses and they end up robbing you and walk out hungry.
Tried to order a Thursday special (today is Thursday) that was on the screen. 7 boneless wings with fries and drink for $10. The girl tells me they don't do that anymore and it's only $1 more. In actuality it was $3 more and was two less wings. They also have a menu of burritos shakes and more and I wanted a burrito for me. I was told I had to do one transaction for buffalo spot at one register and a separate one on another register for the burrito menu. Such a waste of my time and them paying extra credit card fees. And to top it off, the food is obviously made in the same kitchen space so separate registers makes no sense. I asked for a large drink and was charged for it but yet it's the same size as my daughter's medium cup. AND the AC was off. Sorry owner but you need to figure this stuff out.

I love the buffalo fries, unfortunately the last time I ordered them they were stingy with the sauce. Nothing like the pictures.

I did a pickup order. Didn't check it. Got home, found out it did the wrong flavor. I called them to ask for refund or to fix my order. They refused to acknowledge their mistake and tried to manipulate the situation. No apology or offer made to resolve my complaint. That's bad service. I'm not coming back.

This spot is an easily 5/5. The food was great and the service was too. Reasonable prices for the amount of food you get. The place is kept very clean and it's very spacious.
Please be aware of this location and it's poor hygienic food service!!Yesterday evening I ordered 3 large orders of fries to share amongst 6 people in my household. I brought the food home and as family members of mine were serving themselves and beginning to eat my mother found a long strand of blonde hair in the food. At first we figured, okay we'll let it slide and proceed to eat with caution. CAUTION... a few moments later my sister found another hair in another plate of food. At this point we called the store and decided to return to the location to get things sorted out. The store manager/owner, whoever he claims to be, Mr. Ivan, refused to give me my money back. Remaking food that people found hair in is very unpleasant and discomforting and expecting the customer to only accept that as the outcome is wrong. You need to remember, THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT! As we proceeded to argue and conversation began to get loud and rowdy he finally decided to give in and refund me my money after claiming I was trying to pull a scam to get free food. I work a pretty decent job by the way and I earn even more because I work for a nightly premium, so paying for food isn't an issue for me. About an hour later I get a phone call from a random number coming from a nearby location when looking at the caller ID. It's the store manager, Mr. Ivan calling me from a completely random number trying to further discuss the problem. I told him it was over. I gave him the opportunity to talk to me person to person (man to man how he referred this phone call) at his store location and he chose to ignore me and further pursue arguing and harassing my sister. After getting into further argument over the phone this man then proceeded to call me names, call me a monkey, and even decided to say if I wanted to "handle things personally" that I know where to find him. That to me seems like a threat. But you know what, he's right. I do know where to find him, right around the corner from the Pico Sheriff's dept. Not a smart move or decision making to call someone and threaten them while you claim to own your own franchise store. Way to represent your awful customer service! Great way to promote your horrible business!

first & last time I eat from the buffalo spot. Super saggy fries, no flavor. The chicken? eewww, no taste, with fat, just disgusting. I thought wingstop was bad but now I can see these guys taking the number one spot. Worst $20 dollars I ever spent.

The food is amazing, if anything it's probably my new favorite place to eat. But this place is like 2 restaurants in one, i made a mistake and ordered a milkshake off of the other menu so i wasn't able to get it when I ordered my wings so keep an eye out for that if you plan to order from both menus. Service was kind of slow but the food made up for it and the employees were nice and welcome.
