This is an absolutely fantastic local taqueria and Mexican restaurant. It has that hometown diner sort of vibe with lots of regulars and a very open, relaxed, and family-friendly environment. Their burritos are fantastic and their green sauce is behind good. Do yourself of a favor and go beyond the salsa bar and order a few ounces of the green salsa with your meal, you won't regret it. Very clean as well.
Fiesta Taco is a family owned fast casual restaurant that offers freshly made tacos, burritos, and enchilada plates. It is by far my preferred taqueria in the Pleasanton area. For dine-ins, you would order your food at the counter and it will be taken to your table. Your order comes with a serving of nachos and you can also order drinks on the side. This is my go to Mexican place in Pleasanton. I had a last minute catering gig for 25 and they crushed it last year. Last time we ate there, the kids let me know it was the best burrito of all time.
