I don't have high expectations when it comes to non Japanese owned sushi places so this place was a nice surprise. Ordered agedashi tofu, vegetable tempura, and salmon teriyaki Bento which was very good! The sushi was standard, I'd return for the bentos for sure. I ordered through Grubhub so I'm not sure about the restaurant itself but the food is good!
I've been trying new Japanese restaurants around the area and had a few items from Meiko Sushi today. I had the 3 item bento with chicken katsu, beef teriyaki, and short ribs. The chicken katsu was a bit dry but the sauce was super good. I ended up drenching the chicken with the sauce. The teriyaki sauce on the beef was good and the short ribs were flavorful. Bit of a mixed review here. I would say this is a combination of a three and five star review. The five star goes to the food. They have some of the best sashimi in the area: the salmon is as buttery as you can get, and I cannot recommend their sashimi plates enough.
