Person who take order has serious hearing problems, I have already 3 time problem with one guy and when problems happen he is not look at me and ignore and walk away. I have to wait for other person to help problems.
I've stopped by here for both prepared bagel sandwiches and bagels by the dozen. The bagels are excellent and they generally have good availability until 11a-12p on weekends (unlike some of the other bagel shops in the area).The big downside is that the service can be really, really slow.
