“The young man with the painted finger nails.He was very rude. He refused to count my change for me. And when I counted it, it was $10 short. He didn't apologize. He just gave me my money. Can let me know that he never counts to change out for customers. He just gives them their money. And he didn't call my order number when my order was ready. He simply yielled out a combo number. I was listening for my order number. And never heard so I asked him. Is that my order and he told me? Yes, can he also told me he doesn't call out order numbers.My experience at the Jack in the box. On foot Hill in Gary was the worst experience in a Jack in the box for myself. Ever Jack in the box will continue to get my business. Yes, not the one with him as an employee.“
“There is a guy that works in the morning today Monday 3/11, he has great customer service. The ladies working with him could learn from him. I asked to use the restroom, the lady seemed so bothered to buzz me in. She even rolled her eyes. The inside of this location is extremely clean and has a nice bright ambience. It does not feel like your at a Jack in the box“
“Okay so this Jack in the Box location no complaints, very nice staff.. food was great, although. I traveled West on Holt made a right on Dudley Google took me to the wrong entrance and had me almost enter the freeway on a wrong way zone to my left ???. I was super scared and had to go all the way up by the Fairplex and do a u-turn and then I ended up finding it myself ...so make sure when you go to this location you go directly across the street from 7-Eleven and make sure you pay attention to the Jack in the Box sign on Dudley before you hit the freeway. I'll always give you nothing but the true facts... have a blessed day??“
“A little bit dirty in the lobby. Great deal on tacos 2 for $1 about and I got large mint Oreos shake whip cream and cherry on top delicious. Very close to foothill Transit lines 195/291 love that I don't have a car. It's not far from other business and supermarkets.“
“Over all it's taking care of the homeless and the consumer. Impressively it's able to juggle both crowds seamlessly and without judgement or gripe. And remember if you go through the drive through and you see a homeless person. They just want tacos which are a 1.99 for two tacos. Maybe don't look the other way.... Any how thank you Jack. “I really stopped in because I was in desperate need of their restroom... customers only, i get that, but I promised the girl at the counter I would buy something ( she didn't even make me and allowed me in! ) what an angel she was!! When I got out i kept by promise and ordered the new monster tacos and they were fresh and delicious as always! Thank you sweet girl at the counter, I wish I remembered her name! Such a life saver!!“
“Did a drive through on 11/23/22 around 9pm and just wanted to give a shout out in Great service. Food was also great! A+Was not expecting this in a late Wednesday night but awesome job. I avoided the other jack with 2 stars and came here. Totally worth the longer drive to come here.“
