I worked there as the security guard from '91 to '93. The staff was awesome, some still work for the company. Even in other locations. Iv'e been to them all. Their Al Pastor and other recipes have not changed at all. Get the Al Pastor Burrito, no beans, no rice, with cilantro, onion and salsa, with cheese. It will blow your socks off. The fact that this place doesn't have better reviews astounds me. The carne asada burrito is the best I've had throughout several cities. I drive 30 mins just for this. Hands down my favorite burrito. Love this place

Tacos Jalisco never fails, food is always good. Wanted to eat there but got there pretty late and dine in was closed so that was a bummer but oh well. I do sure miss the days they were open extra late but we have the pandemic to blame for that.
