This bakery is by far the best here in Porterville it’s small,owed and operated by a Spanish speaking couple. Most of the bread is actually baked fresh daily. I go in the morning to get it right out of the oven while it’s still warm. They make “Flan” from scratch out of eggs how it’s supposed to be made. It is always worth the drive... The owners are very friendly and the bread is espectacular! My favorite is the flaky mil hojas... Pairs well with a cut of hot coffee anytime of the day!
