Tonight, I decided to mix it up and asked for asada fries, but substitute the asada for birra. It was a delicious switch up. Great portion sizes, too. We're a family of 7 and eat here weekly.“
“Food Trucks in general are the best Mexican food you can find! That's true for Mexican food anywhere! I'm biased because I prefer street food but this place is really good and fairly priced! Burrito is hefty and packed and the salsa was a nice bit of spice and flavor! Definitely check it out“

“I stumbled upon this taco truck in my neighborhood after making a wrong turn with an empty stomach. I am so glad I did! The food was delicious, they give you huge portions and the workers are very nice. I will say the food is a little greasy but sometimes you just gotta treat yourself! I'll definitely be back.“
“This is a spot I frequent due to the proximity to my job. It's in an unassuming strip mall, but don't let that deceive you of the quality of their food and service.The wait staff is excellent and friendly. The prices are more than reasonable and the food is definitely above average. I've never got anything that I haven't liked.They have a small self-serve chip bar with a great assortment of different types of salsas at all spice levels, so there's something for everyone. If you want limes for anything, just ask and they're happy to provide them from the kitchen.I typically get the chicken tacos. 3 is enough. On Tuesdays they run a taco Tuesday special and the tacos are ridiculously low priced.My only complaint is that the tacos can be somewhat watery. I don't know if that's because of the way that they cook the chicken? The tacos are still excellent, it's just not something that I'm used to when ordering street style tacos. I've also got the super burrito a handful of times. This also is an excellent choice when I'm more hungry and the tacos won't cut it.Id recommend this spot to anyone, especially if you work in the area. Quick friendly service with good food.“
“Just got a plain chicken burrito and it was surprisingly full of flavor, the meat was great very well cooked and seasoned, I've been working over here for weeks and I've burned up all the other Mexican places before trying here and this one is my favorite so far, give it a try, the outside doesn't look great but it's nicer inside and the food is great, I'll be back when I'm in the area. Almost forgot the chips and salsa are ? the salsa is just right spice and flavor, been Dealing with mediocre Mexican food all over lately so it's refreshing to find a place that has taste food“

Quality and taste to me is way better than chipotle and Adalberto's.I never went because I thought it will be one of those corporate places where the food lacks flavor, will be overpriced and the portion sizes would be small. Wow, so surprised. The portions are huge and very tasty! Prices seem reasonable.“
“I came to try this El Pollo for the first time, I am visiting from other state from NY we also have this and I can say they were okay in NY. When I tried here in Sacramento. I was delighted that the amount of food that we had are plenty enough to feed our family of 3. I mean, look at this?! When I tasted it it is even better in Sacramento. The chicken is so delicious, juicy and moist. The sides are yummy too! I will come back not only because of the delicious food, It is also because of the friendly staff and the Manager Mike is also friendly.“

“I had huevos ranchero. It came out quickly. Their Ranchero salsa is completely different then I have had at other restaurants. That's not a complaint!It was excellent! It's very chunky.They are connected to a market...that has all kinds of Mexican spices and meats.The eggs were cooked perfectly for how I ordered them, over medium. Rice and beans were great! The tortillas came out hot and steamy!I wasn't expecting what I got, so I was a bit curious about it, but it was great!I mean, that's why we all try new places, right!Thanks for breakfast!I'll be back to try other food!(Quick tip - the salsas they use are pretty spicy. “If I had a top ten favorite places to eat this is in my top five. A little hood spot. But if I close my eyes, I like to fantasize that I am somewhere breezy in Mexico.?? When you go here, this place is easily a place that you might not feel completely comfortable in at first. A little rough around the edges, they don't speak alot of English but the People here are friendly and the food is AMAZING! THIS IS THE PLACE I COME TO TO GET A SHRIMP FIX!!! And the club atmosphere at night is awesome. A place to sing Spanish karaoke ? ? and in the summer their patio is a great place to cool off. Spanish music plays while you are being cooled off with misters going on hitting you with a spray of cool water.“
“Came with my boyfriend on a whim because I was craving pupusas. I was blown away my the flavor and excellent taste of the food! I’m not a fan of green salsa, but they brought out their chips with it and it was fantastic. We had the cheese and jalapeno pupusas, street tacos, shrimp ceviche, and camarones taco. Every single item was above and beyond my ecxpectations! This exactly what I was craving.
