Located just off Miliken Ave in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, is this LOVELY GEM of an Indonesian restaraunt, Java Bistro. The food, service and atmosphere here is absolutely amazing. The restaraunt is small, yet bustling with the sould of kitchen noises and the Indonesian language being spoken (Bahasa?) with a slight touch of music in the background. My Indonesian friends invited us for dinner. It was a small place in a small commercial complex. Kinda hidden area . We weren't disappointed. If you are adventurous to taste authentic Indonesian delicacies this is the place.We tried their fried fish cake with tofu , fish crackers with peanut sauce. Great starter for appetizer. I wrote a review for this restaurant in Chinese four years ago, and I'm not sure why I gave it only 3 stars. I reread my article but couldn't identify the reason. This is one of my favorite restaurants in the Greater Los Angeles area. I haven't visited the restaurant for quite some time since it's 40 miles away from my home.
