Great wine, great people! They have lots of events and collaborate with other community based businesses.

A great spot off the beaten path. Nice selection. It's even more fun when they have music! And the food trucks never disappoint.

Had a really great time. Wines are fantastic, good beers too. Didn't have a chance to try any food this time but will be back!

Went in on a cloudy Sat. afternoon and was greeted with very friendly service. Found wines both my husband and I enjoyed. We were going to order food from their menu, but they told us that a local pizza co. would be setting up in the back, if we wanted to wait for that. We ended up ordering a charcuterie and a couple pizzas, and it was all delicious! We went to Frisby to try something new and walked out as wine members! Looking forward to our next visit.

This winery/brewery is amazing! I've been a member since they opened. I need to preface this by saying I have 2 kids, now adults. This isn't a day care to bring your kids to run amuck and allow the adults to get drunk. Get a babysitter like we did and come enjoy an amazing place with great food and drinks!

This place has a great family environment. It's also very clean. Even the restrooms were spotless. The staff is friendly, and they have great brews on tap. We didn't try their wine, but that side of the bar was packed on Saturday. We also ordered from the food truck parked out back, and the hot wings were money. Perfect pairing with cold beers.

We have been stopping by Frisby every month for over one year, and we have enjoyed the drinks, food, and ambiance. The main bar area is for adults only, but the barrel room allows children. Although there are lots of kids on the weekends, the place is not really geared towards families. It's not a bad thing; it just is what it is. Our kids typically hang out on their iPads while we hang out with friends.Their beers and wines are pretty good, and they also have taps from other local breweries. They have a small menu during the week, with the giant pretzel and flatbreads being the items we order most. Tasty but not spectacular. They have food trucks on weekends as well.Service has been great most of the times, but there have been a few instances where a couple staff members weren't as friendly or prompt as we hoped for.I recommend Frisby if you happen to live near Rancho Mission Viejo, but I don't think it's worth the drive out if you're looking for a family friendly brewery.

We've been wine club members at Frisby for years! We started going to Frisby when they opened their 1st location in Lake Forest, and we were so happy to see that they expanded to Dana Point and now this location in Rancho Mission Viejo. Not only do they serve great wine here, but they've also expanded into craft beer.Since I had never tried their beer before, I decided to go for a pint. Trust me, this wasn't easy to do because their wine is SO good, but I don't do well mixing drinks so on this one occasion, I chose beer. As a Vin 4 Wine Club Reds member, we get 4 complimentary glass pours per month. If you want to swap their wine for a beer, you can certainly do so!I love my dark beers and after consulting with the bartender. I landed on the Frisbier, which wasn't as dark as I like it, but it was very smooth and tasty! The ABV was higher than norm at 6.4%, which is totally fine by me! I also love the glass that it comes in. In regards to their wine, my fav is their Syrah, but all of their reds are super delicious! Prices are reasonable. As a Vin 4 Wine Club member, we get 4 bottles of wine 3x a year at 25% discount, which is really good! We've had the opportunity to meet the owner and winemaker, Josh Frisby, and he is extremely kind and humble. This is his passion job. His real career is a Fire Captain and Paramedic in OC!The environment is welcoming and this location is larger than the others. They have live entertainment and food trucks on the weekends, which makes for a great date night! If you haven't checked them out yet, what are you waiting for?

Had a few glasses of wine here for a little get together for a pre Halloween party. Nice little hidden gem in Mission Viejo. Little something for everyone when it comes to be and wine. A definite must try venue if you are in the area!

I've enjoyed performing live music at Frisby for sometime now. The staff is very kind and friendly to me. Also the patrons are supportive and tip well. They have a wide selection of brews and wines on tap, which are all of the highest quality.

I am not a local to this area, but was around looking at some new developments so we decided to stop in. The brewery itself was very clean and open, there was plenty of seating and a few different rooms. They also had a food truck out back which I will write a separate review on, but the food truck was the best part of the entire brewery experience for me.. The brewery is a little difficult to find from google maps. I opted for a wine tasting for $20 since a single glass was about $16. I sampled the champagne first, which I'm not sure if it was the champagne or my glass but as soon as I brought the glass up to drink I got a huge whiff of bleach.. I moved through the white wines and wasn't a huge fan of any of them. Though I highly advise you to try them for yourself as everyone has a different pallet. They also offer their own menu of small bites from the bar. I do like that they offer both beer and wine as that is hard to find in Orange County. It's a little off the beaten path, but worth a stop in on a weekend afternoon.

This place is awesome! We had an event here and it was perfect. Frisbee is a phenomenal host and made sure his guests were treated well. They have lots of locations around LA and serve both beer and wine! 10/10 you must have your next event here. The back room is kid friendly and the front room is great and private for the 21+ date nights.
