I just wanted to give a shout out to Crystal at the Westwood village location! Thank you Crystal for an awesome drive thru experience. Your customer service was amazing. When I say amazing I mean polite , professional, and just genuine. As crazy as that sounds to some, we're on a fast food trip and haven't always had the best experiences when ordering through the drive thrus. Just not very nice employees. Not a very clean place. It use to be cleaner, use to have better employees & use to have good food. Hope it will hire new people, clean up the inside of place and return to how it was,Wheelchair accessibility: Yes
