I'm a truck driver and I had placed an order of 6 wing combo with fries and the cashier and cook had gave me like 10 cold fries and hot chicken.I then asked for hot fries and the cook dropped like (no lie) about 10 measly more french fries and told me I had to wait 3 more minutes.Another employee named Craig walked and he heard how dissatisfied I was to not only be given cold French fries and made to wait longer for hot ones but he accommodated me with a small extra portion of...read full review

The people working here were the best. The group in line in front of us started picking a fight with the guy working and he patiently and graciously listened and offered solutions. (This happened several more times while we were there) They were a lot busier than it looked because of online orders (there were 7-8 in the queue) and remaking a huge order for Chicken Karen so it did take some time to get our food. I am not a huge fan of fast food, but Popeyes is my favorite and I live 4 hrs from the closest so when I get near one, I need to stop. I was leaving my kids house early so I googled and found this earliest opening, so I called the day before and spoke to Craig just to make sure there would be chicken at nine.
