Our waitress Heidi I believe was her name, went above and beyond for us. We had a party of 10 and she was so patient and caring. Even if food had to be redone she was very apologetic and pleasant. Thank you very much for the great experience. 4-3-24
It has been a bit since I last visited Red Robin. Our group of three stopped in for lunch on a Sunday. The restaurant was busy, but still had seating available. It took a couple minutes to be greeted. We were seated and provided menus. We had time to look over the menu before our server arrived. We ordered a couple drinks, then ordered our food. Adjusted review. Seems prices went up significantly, burger size decreased and the value just isn't there anymore. Last visit this weekend, good came out incorrect, wasn't worth the time to try and get it corrected. Took forever to get fries refilled. Used to frequent this place because of the service and value, looks like we'll have to find a new spot.
