I get what people are saying about the lady working. No personality, but my sandwich was delicious and the bread was fresh. The bread was really fresh. I'm getting tired of going to Subway and not knowing if bread was left over from the day before.

At the Citrus and Dearborn location that I went to, the one person that helped me appeared to be depressed or unhappy. Her manner of speaking when I called my order in should have tipped me off. What a vast difference in other establishments that appear to appreciate their customers. My avogobble was delicious as always. BK Subs is a staple to the Redlands culture. My family has been coming here since I was a kid and the turkey avocado sub is to die for. It is simple, yet amazing. There is consistency among all of their locations and staff has always been polite!
