Although this place is great when you need cake supplies or cupcakes or just about anything for baking But when it comes down to Valentine's Day & their Strawberry delivery IT IS VERY DISAPPOINTING they are not organized and they DO NOT take into consideration that people have business's and ordrs to fulfill. I've been coming here for about 3 years now. First I'd like to start this review by talking about the customer service. It's top notch! The staff is up to date on all things cake, are friendly and welcoming. They have great hard to beat prices and offer many monthly specials through their rewards program. I drive almost an hour to go there - that's how good they are!!

I really liked this place I bake just for family so I'd go like 5 times a year but they became an ONLY MEMBERS store and I don't think the membership benefits me more for like businesses also sometimes they're not fully stocked on things like certain chocolate colors
