“Being Easter Sunday, we expected it to be a little slower over all, but we just had an amazing breakfast! Sharon was our waitress and she was absolutely spectacular. She provided quick and attentive service we had a bit of trouble deciding what we wanted but Sharon was very helpful giving us various options to allow us to choose exactly what we wanted. I am pregnant so waiting for food sometimes can be a little hard, but the food came out very quick. She got a tad held up at the end but the staff was very observant and stepped in quickly. We had such a wonderful experience overall.“
“Very large eatery near the beach that offers a healthy choice of food to choose . I wasn’t please that when we walked in the Thin Body Waitress did not look our way or even acknowledge us so we just sat down at a table and flag down the other Short Body Lady who gladly assisted us. Other than that the Food is always good at this location & Long Beach where I go 99% of the time.“
“It's a Friday in Lent. What's a Christian craving some penitential fish and chips in the South Bay supposed to do? Naturally, I browsed the SouthbayLA subreddit for some fish and chips recommendations.Bluesalt Fish Grill did not disappoint. The fish and chips were hot, crispy, and tasty. They're a great value and extremely filling for the price.I don't have any complaints about the service. It was a bit busy, but it was also a Friday in Lent when a lot of folks might be eating fish? In any case, I want to bring my mom back here at some point. They have a lot of wild caught fish options.“
“My partner and I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with fries and the buffalo cauliflower which were both very good!We originally stopped in for the margarita’s. We heard they have some of the best in the area. We ordered the original lime margarita and the mango. Both were served fast and both were 10/10. We sat at the bar and was served by a really nice bartender who recommended a few bars for us to hop around to on a Sunday night.Bathrooms were squeaky clean, the back patio was super cute for a nice summer night.“
“I had a good experience here on the way back from LAX. The location is super busy, but the line inside was quick. The double double animal style was on point, and the fries were cooked perfectly without excess oil. In-N-Out fry game has always been semi-mid but these were better than normal. Good experience overall!“
“Great view and atmosphere, good was good, drinks were also good, service was a bit slow. It is next to a hotel with parking available with a fee. They have nice couches with graters and a fire pit in the middle. Very nice and cozy place with the bow of the ocean and the boats.“
“Awesome place to grab a beer or cocktail and some food. So good I came 2 days in a row. Wings are awesome, I like the very well done and the came to my liking. Smash burgers are delicious. The bartenders are attentive and cool. Great LA dive(ish) bar. My new go-to.“
“I wanted to leave a review to let you know that the latte I ordered from you was quite sweet. However, I must say that the service recommendations I received from your staff were excellent and my overall experience was definitely worth four stars. Keep up the great work!“
“My first visit earlier this week was fantastic. The regular fries were cooked perfectly, crispy but not dry, reminding me of fries in Paris or Brussels. The Classic burger was great. My second visit two days later was not as impressive. The Cash burger was outstanding but the regular fries were undercooked, limp, and not good at all. I suggest that when ordering fries request they be cooked until they are crisp.“
“I've passed this place and wanted to give a try, after finally someone taking my order at the counter it came out in about 15 minutes. The place has a coffee house vibe, great tunes, and beer and wine. I got the chicken pesto sandwich with salad instead of fries. All ingredients are fresh. Standard dressing is balsamic. Sandwich came HOT and is a knife and fork sandwich, it is so packed with delicious ingredients it falls apart. Great hidden gem“
“This place had big shoes to fill when Delgrango's shut down and they certainly did not disappoint! They not only have great seafrood but also top notch entertainment to boot. My husband Langus and I have seen so many local acts such as Dongie and Congrad from Ancient Sprell, The Comedy Team of Dringus and Drungle, and Folk legend Beverly Drangus to name a few. R/10 boasts an all female culinary staff with Head Chef Pamela Fangers and her 2nd in charge Chef Sandy Grungerson and their deep fried cab legs, and if you're really lucky you could get a surprise broat visit from Captain Roy Bringus who owns a slip off dock from the patio! R/10 is simply a top class eatery and esteemed Rodondo Beach Mayor Jang Carangers often holds his/her reelection watch parties here, One thing my cousin Joshie and I can guarantee is you will not be throwing your paper money in the drumpster out back like many other eateries in the area. Get down to R/10 ya dingus and check it out!!“
“Found this place on yelp while in town. Great local place, lots of regulars in costume leading up to Halloween. Band played classic rock everyone could sing to. Standard bar fare well priced and served quickly. Sat next to owner who shared about upcoming bands and events. Nice hangout if you're visiting or live close by.“
“Perfect place to meet a friend for lunch I met a friend for lunch at the Redondo Beach Hook and Plow and it was an exceptionally rainy day. As a result, we were the only ones in there. The waitress was very kind and we ordered the lunch with two choices for about $16.99 and I had hot tea. Delicious! I picked the clam chowder which has a bit of bacon in it and the grilled burrata, arugula and pesto sandwich. We have been to the restaurant before and are always happy to go back.“
“I have dined here for almost 10 years or so, and I come here often for a good reason, so I sincerely wish I could rate this 5 stars. The atmosphere is fun and it's a good place to sit down, relax, and have a good time (in terms of going to a restaurant). The food is generally good but almost every time I order the nachos and explicitly ask them for no jalapenos and peppers, they put them on, as they seem to forget the exact order when it gets to the kitchen. I have had to send food back, and while I do not want to be a pest, I keep having to death with this issue and have gotten frustrated. On a more positive note, when I order other foods, they usually come out pretty good, especially for a non-formal bar. I recommend the house salad and the Chicken Fingers. If you want something less casual, this place might not be the best dining options. I am 90% sure there are less casual options, though.Parking: Depends on the day. Sometimes incredibly easy to find parking, and other days nearly impossible.Kid-friendliness: Despite being a bar, it is surprisingly kid friendly.“
“The restaurant was nice and the food was good, but what was really upsetting was the service. I had three children with me tonight and it felt as if the waitress could have been asking us a bit more if I needed anything. Plus, none of the hamburgers apparently come with cheese. It’s extra but you won’t know that til the end of the bill. Why are businesses not giving a veterans discount? Do these businesses not like the freedom that we as military members have done for you? I guess it gets in the way of the $15 hamburger with no cheese.“
“We hired the Made By Meg (MBM) team for our small, intimate wedding this past May and they were absolutely amazing. From signing on to the actual event date, we had so much trust in the MBM team. They have the entire process down; everything is so organized and all the little details are considered and communicated.I have to give a huge shoutout to the sweetest ever, Angela, who initiated our contract. (She's unfortunately no longer with the company, but wanted to mention her, as she was such a huge part of us wanting to sign on). We were then re-assigned to Kat, who was equally awesome. She helped us finalize all the details of our contract (as we made a few customizations) and ran through the timeline and finishing touches with us before the wedding. Then, on the day of, the team, led by Mila, was phenomenal. Everything was set beautifully, the food was delicious, and everyone was just so kind and a joy to work with.Would highly recommend this team, if you are thinking about hiring a catering company for your next event! :))“
“Absolutely my favorite restaurant! I adore the fact that it's never overcrowded, providing a sense of privacy. Nestled in a stunning location with an enchanting view of boats, it's a truly beautiful place. The food is exceptionally delicious, and the overall atmosphere is simply fantastic.“
“I would definitely recommend this place. It is definitely a hidden gem. The customer service was one of the best I have seen from a bar. The prices are amazing compared to other places I go. Food was pretty good and well seasoned. I would definitely come back here again.“
“Food and service are always great!Always a good experience. I've been coming here for years. One thing I will say that's not so much on a positive note: The sauce was more watered down, than it has been in the past; and not as flavorful.“
“This is an awesome unpretentious Uber casual dive bar. A great place to relax, play pool, or table ice hockey, drink beer and eat some good bar food. I esp liked the wings. No draft beer, but the bottled options were ice cold!Good times if you come with good friends. During football season…it’s Go Cleveland Browns!VictorB“
“For what it is, The Moose Lodge is a 5 star venue/bar. It's not a bar at the Ritz nor is it the Grand Ballroom at the Waldorf Astoria. The Moose is exactly what it is, a low key neighborhood gathering spot. The faces are ever changing and with them come new generations. Long gone are the days that are depicted on the sign which is mounted on the rear of the building. Those wholesome innocent eyes of the early 60's now look down upon a crowd that is as diverse as stars in the night sky. As wholesome as our family from the signage? Well that's debatable. As innocent, I think not. Still, all are drawn as a community to their place. The Moose. There is plenty of room for events. Our recent encounter found us amongst a crowd of 300 or so loving souls. We were dispersed throughout the event venue, bar area, and outside below our ever vigilant family, who are making sure that no booze makes its way out back. We must be considerate and continue to be friendly neighbors. The bar was well stocked, that is until the hoard made its presence felt. The top shelf was feeling the strain, as were our hosts who worked diligently to keep us watered. For a local event check out the Moose. Their hearts are as open as their antlers are wide. Quick Tip: If your goings on are getting boring, there's a pool table and plenty of TVs to watch the Dodger game. Just tell your new bride to find someone else to remove her garter and smash cake in her face. She'll understand.“
“Updated: 2 years in, the menu redesign is a welcome addition. Need to have higher tier on the wine selection, and an additional dark beer.Old: Great newish eatery in the South Redondo village. They offer quick and easy service, good quality drinks, and a great happy hour.“
“OMG, if you know me, then you know I love my chicken. Whether it be grilled chicken, BBQ chicken, chicken nuggets, chicken tenders, all of the above!!!We were driving around in the area and as soon as I saw this location, I bookmarked it. I looked at the pictures and was sold. I had planned to visit soon, but since we were done with our business around the same time they opened, I stopped to get a bite. I am so glad I did. The menu is easy. They got chicken tenders, jalapeño poppers, fries, and sandwiches. There are many flavors to choose from too. They got mild to spicy. My favorite was the Lemon Pepper. The tenders are big too. We ended up ordering the 4 piece meal with crinkle fries and I was stuffed. The even best part is that it comes with a Texas Toast. Everything was so delicious. We also ordered Garlic Parmesan tenders but we loved the Lemon Pepper. There are fountain drinks but they also got different flavored lemonades. I immediately saw they had Kool Aid and that was exactly what I got. It was on the sweeter side so I ended up mixing the Strawberry and Mango lemonades to make my own drinks. I guess everyone else does the same, so I was impressed. They know whats up. The staff, service, and speed to get our food were great. We were the first to order so that may be why. But a huge party came in, so this place is def a hit. They got part trays so the next party I have, I may stop by to get a few tender trays. It is delicious!!!“
“This place is cute & good! Giving 5 stars not necessarily bc it’s a 5 star restaurant but my experience no real complaints some things were better than others.Arnold Palmer kinda bland but refreshingOysters were huge and fresh!Cioppino was good!Sourdough bread was good prefer less toasty. But good!Lobster appetizer so goood and pretty!Steamed shellfish not my vibe. Too bland.Sushi rolls were good too! Fun and decorative.“
“This place is great. Their fries are fresh and seasoned to perfection, their food is delicious, and the front-of-house part of the restaurant is super clean. I do have to dock one point because the bathrooms, located out the back, were not clean the last time I visited. Otherwise great.“
“I never "got" Indian food and this place with the most satisfying SOUTH Indian food made me understand. These are such individual dishes from the Andrha chicken fry (now in slider form with Hawaiian bund) and fried potatoes- our new "burger and fries forever. New things to us! Dosakaya the fruit-veggie like a cucumber. Dosas, the paper-thin cylinders or puffy mushroom top like a crepe and eaten on their own or filled with potatoes and pear. Saag paneer, spinach with cheese cubes is silky, deep green and different because it is minced and has no heavy cream in it. From the tandoor there are Mediterranean spiced (from a former partner restaurant) and south Indian spiced shrimp and chicken kabobs. And the rice is fluffy, aromatic and light. The patio is inviting and you cam smell the ocean from your seat. AND for a city driver, there is a huge parking lot out back and free street parking in the front. A 25-minute drive from west LA.“
“I walked by and owner, Sergio is the sweetest and funny man. He said Hi and told me that they have Philly cheese steak too. That was cute because I don't eat meat. I looked at other places to see where to eat from. Then went back over here to see what I can order. Ordered their sandwich with lettuce, tomatoes, mayonnaise, and white bread. Asked him for a cup of water. He's so funny. He asked, On the rocks? I said yeah with ice rocks lols. He said ok and handed me my water and said here's your cocktail. He made me laugh. I've ate here before many years ago. Like 8-9 years ago. Glad he's still here but I also asked him how come he's not retired yet. Hehe He said he loves it here. He'd be so bored at home. Haha I highly recommend here with great low prices that best everyone else's prices here. During the time when gas is high of $7 and may even go up to $10 with this biden government administration, food prices here are very helpful. I had a lovely chat with Sergio here and all his 2 staff are so genuinely sweet all the time from start to finish and beyond. :)He didn't just have best food, best prices, best customer service but the experience here felt great.“
“While visiting the area recently, we ate at Kincaid’s three times. Both the lunches and dinner were very good. The seafood and pasta were delicious and presented in a lovely way. The servers and other staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities and setting made for great atmosphere. We highly recommend it. Try the molten chocolate cake“
“This is my second weekend in a row having dinner at HT Grill to celebrate with friends. I have enjoyed the surf and turf both times because it's my favorite meal. They have a lobster tail that is amazing. Generous portions and everything is done to perfection. If you're not happy with part of the meal such as my best friend last night with her carrot cake, they will remove it from the bill. I do suggest they remove the carrot cake because it's very dry. The cookie pazuki though that is a delicious dessert! I highly recommend anything from the bar, especially the cucumber mojito.( I might have had three!) They have live music on some nights and it's a lot of fun. It's great! Inside and on the outside patio. They also have fire heaters so it's beautiful and romantic and only a block from the beach so you can walk down and see the ocean. I'll be back. Maybe not next weekend, But who knows. If I'm lucky maybe I will?“
“Great burgers but overpriced. I LOVED MY REAL ICE CREAM OREO SHAKE!!The onion rings do not use the kind of breading that I like. In fact, I caught myself halfway through eating them, and realized I was only continuing to eat them because I had paid for them.I decided to throw away the other half since I don’t like their breading, and surely I would receive enough calories from the Oreo Shake and the burger! ???If you like their breading, I’m sure you’d like these onion rings, because otherwise, they were great: fresh AND hot!But why were they served with ranch dressing?? I tried dipping one in ranch and gagged??—whichI rarely do—and I like ranch dressing!!??I guess I don’t really like their ranch dressing too much, or at least not when used in that way. It might be acceptable on a salad, but I’m skeptical. Don’t take my word for it, but it seemed a bit thin.I prefer to go to Steve’s Charburger on Anza in Torrance and save $5-$10/adult meal on my order. (PLUS there is plenty of free parking there, the building is more roomy, and the entire property is totally flat.)Reasons why I recommend NOT bringing a person in a wheelchair to this Fat Burger location—at least not inside: (see the rest in wheelchair accessibility comments below. Disclaimer-I don’t use a WC (WC=wheelchair, not water closet!?), but I grew up frequently visiting and going out with an aunt & uncle who used electric WCs. I also had a manual WC as an adult for 6 weeks while on a non-weight bearing doctor’s order.)When you line up to order inside this Fat Burger location, it’s extremely narrow (I don’t think it’s wide enough for two adults to stand shoulder to shoulder), and has a sharp left turn into a corridor of seemingly the same narrowness after ordering to go find your table. So, I do not think a dragontail chair would be able to make this corner. However, this is only a guess, as I didn’t make any measurements, and my experience with dragontail chairs is very limited—not mine or a loved one’s—just observing a classmate for one year.I don’t know if a regular electric wheelchair would be able to make this turn. It feels iffy.To use the bathroom, you have to negotiate additional turns and 1-2 more narrow corridors like the ones described above. I didn’t use the bathroom, so I don’t have any idea if they’re accessible. If your person in the chair doesn’t feel the need to come inside the tiny, cramped building, and they don’t need to use the bathroom, then by all means, bring them here to enjoy the delicious food!I hope that the business owner replies by posting pictures **with measurements** proving that I’m horribly wrong about all of the fears that I have about the possibility that this restaurant may not be navigable by electric wheelchairs. ??Parking: There is limited free parking in front of and to the side of the building, plus very limited paid street parking within a short walk on the same side of the street. If these are full, meters are available a few blocks to the southwest. It’s beyond the Starbuck’s parking lot. There’s also a Smart and Final close by, AND You can snag a free spot there, but on a weekend night, they might monitor that lot—I don’t know. They just recently began to monitor the lot at the UPS Store as of January 2024.Wheelchair accessibility: This restaurant has wheelchair accessible parking. WhileI would assume it’s probably *technically* wheelchair accessible simply because it’s in California, I would recommend AGAINST bringing somebody in a wheelchair here if possible, and here are the reasons:The building sits on a hill that goes up pretty steeply from the very few parking spots up to the door. Please see my main review for the rest of my points, as this section has a character limit.“
“Came for brunch on New Years Day and the food and cocktails were great! Service was wonderful and our server, Devon, made great recommendations. We will definitely be returning!Kid-friendliness: They have a great kids menu with the classic favorites!“
“We happened to pick a date and time when a big UFC fight was going, this is truly a bars bar, loud and full of life, I did worry because it was full to almost capacity, the service would be slow and or the servers would have an expected overworked attitude especially since I only saw a few of them but surprisingly the service was great the turn around time for placing orders to receiving food a drinks, no complaint the owner is present and welcoming too. Our bar server with the pretty nails Taylor was awesome. Yes it was super loud but expected. Now the food, fried pickles thick cut dill chips really yummy, we also tried the ceviche shrimp/imitation crab on a bed of lettuce with corn chips at first I was thrown off didn't seem to have enough juice for me but as I kept going the flavor was popping I was impressed. My husband had burger his way with fries, the fries were Luke warm not a reason to take off a star but they were good. He enjoyed the burger as well. I had chicken burrito I had so many other taste in my mouth I couldn't appreciate the burrito and thought it was thigh meat. I saved it and ate it the next day and can I say it was actually good. although we were much older, then the majority there, everyone was really nice and welcoming“
“I got the keto bowl with salmon and no rice or quinoa. The broccoli wasn't super cooked but that's more nutritional anyway so I'm good with it! The salmon was delicious and everything seemed really fresh. I'll be back for sure!“
“Good food and consistent service make this a must-see in the RB pier area! This place has such a serene atmosphere, it definitely makes you feel like you're in a little cozy, European cafe. All of the staff here are pretty professional and keep the location up to good standards: welcoming, classy and tranquil. This place is especially nice for couples, loners and anyone looking for a beautiful cafe experience!“
“Came in for the bottomless root beer floats and fries and left decently surprised! I haven’t been to a Red Robin in forever so I didn’t have any set expectations. I ordered the Bleu Ribbon burger with extra bleu cheese crumbles and steak fries and a root beer float, but also had a chance to try their bacon cheese fondue and freckled lemonade from a friend. The burger was well cooked to my preference, and had a decent presentation. They gave a good first portion of fries and the root beer float came in the large cups for an enhanced presentation. Great service from our server and staff, and was able to split the payment with ease. A really cute spot, especially with the mini fair the SouthBay Galleria is hosting so we were seated with a view of a Ferris Wheel. I also learned they have painted baseballs in every location that mimic the American flag which is cute. Loved it!Parking: Can be somewhat difficult to park in the very front unless you come near closing, otherwise you can park in the SouthBay Galleria’s designated parking lot.“
“We came during happy hour and March Madness. I made reservations through open table and seated immediately. Ashleigh B was our server. We asked about the martini served and she suggested the toasted glass hopper martini. This is a St. Patrick's day special martini. This is a minty tasty martini. The mixologist was not shy with mixing for taste. Our food was prepared with a nice presentation and served hot. I would have expected more flavor to the vegetable. I have the honey glaze salmon with rise and vegetables. My friend had the Caesar salad with grilled chicken. Each table is served with water.“
“Great food, service and location. Our first time here and enjoyed the salmon and the short rib entrees. We sat at the bar and we were served in a relative amount of time for a Saturday dinner. Drinks were moderately priced, food prices are reasonable for quality, taste and choices. The large open windows and decor makes the restaurant inviting. If you like the patio, it's on the front side of the building with heaters and a bar top.“
“We have been here for Valentine's Day and our engagement celebration. This place is amazing and we love it ! The food is always fresh and delicious! The staff is very friendly and hospitable they take good care of you . I always recommend this place to everyone We will be back soon“
“The three of us shared the brussels sprout salad, which was absolutely delicious the lobster lollipop appetizer the robins Island steak, the scallop, potatoes, country bread, and for dessert we decided to top it off with the milk chocolate crème brûlée service was great as was the presentation. Nice wine list, I'll be back again and may order the same thing!“
