Today was an irregular Sunday. I blame the time change. I ended the day with a sunset surf session that would have normally occurred at first light. Leaving the beach tired and cold, my body needed something warm to bring it back to center. My mind drifted thru the usual local options and I landed on a frequent favorite "noodle soup". Decent Vietnamese. Portions were smaller than other Vietnamese places, and many of the sauces such as the Nuoc Cham for the Bun Bowl and Peanut sauce for Spring Rolls, were weak and watered down. Would come here again, but hope they can improve these things.
