This ain't it. I had high expectations becuase it's so popular. I doubted people who told me it's not good. But I had a carnitas burrito. I bit into it looking for flavor, none to be found. Everything is bland. The rice beans no where near "Mexican grill" flavor. Salsa are too watered down. If you are scared of mexican food and love taco bell this is the spot for you. I would call it Burrito Express, twice the speed half the flavor. No need a reply from Cheapotle, thanks.

Both meals were half full. They used the wrong rice.Customer service has been replaced by AI and DOES NOT WORK. It only offered 1 free entree for 2 half filled and incorrect entrees. I want a full refund, but the only recourse I have is to dispute the charge.Kid-friendliness: Adult meals from online orders are portioned as kids meals, so in that sense it's very kid friendly, because you get half of the food you pay for.

I have never left a review before after years of ordering food. This was the most angry i’ve been in a while. I payed 27 dollars for a bowl to go. I got half a bowl worth of food. The avocado was brown and she gave me barely half a spoonful. The queso that I payed extra for was given 1/3 of a spoon to me. I found a hair in my food. So to sum it up, I threw away the food that cost me $27 and am never coming back. First time in my life I wanted to advise people not to go here.

this place is literally the worst chipotle ive ever been to, and ive been to ALOT.we got doordash, and the delivery was 45 minutes late. no biggie right? well we open our food, a burrito with chicken, guac, brown rice, sour cream and cheese and a quesadilla with chicken and white rice, sour cream and salsa on the side. the burrito had white rice instead of brown, no cheese or chicken, and only had a tiny amount of guac and sour cream at the bottom of the burrito, and the quesadilla had chicken and white rice and salsa on the side, but did not have sour cream. do not recommend getting food from here, unless you wanna waste your money.
Do not go here. They give the least amount of meat out of any chipotle I’ve been to and they force you to pay extra for the normal amount. Spend your money elsewhere if you want a good meal.

Middle aged lady working there could not hear/understand what I was asking for, so I pointed towards it slightly above the food screen and she slapped my hand away… I’ve never seen or heard of a worker doing that before in my life, so imagine the shock. I don’t think I’ll be coming back here again, there are other locations with better service..!
