i ordered beans and rice, along with chicken and the server gave me a tsp of beans,and filled the rest of the bowl with rice.Dietary restrictions: I had to bring back my so call beans and rice back because it was 98% of rice in the bowl,and my other food was cold when I got back home.

I came on December 21, 2023 at 3pm to pick up an order I placed online and the workers treated me very badly, did not want to serve me and made me wait an absurd amount of time, for a small order.Bad customer service, they do things in a bad way.

The signature chicken was tasty. The chicken tenders were dry and nasty. The pickles I’d specified withheld from my sandwich were included, the sauces I’d requested and paid extra for, were not included…basically, don’t order delivery from here since you can’t double-check mistakes made.

If you like fried chicken, you should like Popeyes.The only real thing I have to complain about for this location is how popular it is with food delivery drivers and how they seem to have priority over walk-in customers, meaning wait times can be a bit lengthy around popular meal times.I also appreciate that the spicy chicken has a good amount of spice to it.
I've had "high end" fried chicken so many times, and besides a few spots in Louisiana & Mississippi, you just can't beat Popeyes! And for "low end," same.

Good if the Chinese guy is there but not good if it's just their Spanish speaking people in there cause even if you order first you will be last. Don't use the app in this location it doesn't expedite your order. Been standing here for 15 minutes about 30 people walked in and my app order is still on pending....

If you like Fried Chicken, you would love Popeyes, because their chicken is always freshly made. It is almost like making Fried chicken to order. It depends on the location and time, their chicken doesn't stay on the rack for very long, usually 1 minute to about 15 minutes. If you like piping hot chicken, you can request the chicken to be freshly made, meaning that they will fry it right after you order, that's if they are not in the process of fried the chicken already. But be careful of the juice, it will burn your tongue. That's why people love their chicken.
