We were assigned a table in the quiet back room, as requested; the wait staff was excellent; and our brunch choices were delicious. My only adverse comment is that the background music was too loud. All told, however, we thank you for a very pleasant experience.

We come here usually one or two days a week. The service is always on point, Chad at the bar in particular always makes us feel welcome and elevates the experience. Big fan of the super spicy wings, grilled cheese, and shrimp tacos. A quality neighborhood restaurant.

Great experience and food. Isidro made the experience even better. We felt at home with his exceptional service and our dog loved the treats.
This place is OK. I ordered the chopped salad which came with no chicken when the menu states roasted chicken. I really don't care to go back anymore. Their 5% mandatory operational costs tax makes me feel like when I go in there I want to turn off all the lights. They don't present a proper check (they shove that machine in your face) and I have to ask for a printout of it and ask for a moment please. Service has become so entitled now.

Walked to brunch today with our pups. Perfect stop. Food and service were excellent. First thing, the foodserver (Carlos) brought water for the pups! And Renee, the owner handed out dog treats. Fabulous experience. Thank you, Redwood Grill!

Love the Grill. Good food and specially good service from Isidro, my favorite waiter, who seems to know what I need before I do. I meet various friends there almost every week for a good meal.

The menu has 2 different types of burgers. A regular burger and a smash burger. I ordered the smash burger and I received a regular burger. The waiter took it back to the kitchen to discuss with the chef, then returned it back to me saying they couldn't do anything about it. Didn't even ask me if I wanted anything else. The waiter never came back to my table to check up on us. Absolutely miserable experience. They really fought with me on what a smash burger is, and this was just a regular patty, regular burger. Don't put something on the menu and not even try to execute on it. Highly recommend against this place. Zero customer service with high price points. Ambiance was decent at least.

Looking for a bar close to where we live so we tried Redwood grill. Ordered rum and coke with a lime wedge ( Cuba libre ) and guy working bar puts lime juice instead. Looked wrong and tasted worse. He did remake it correctly when we mentioned it wasn't right. But 21 dollars for 2 three inch drink glasses ?? I left the 4 dollars of change on bar not sure if we'd order one more round and bartender comes by and says are you good with change? Didn't know what he meant so I said yes and he scoops up my money and says his shift is over. 25 bucks for 2 small cocktails. We decided to leave at that point ! Maybe the food is good but this place is way too expensive!
