Manager was trying to finesse us with having to pay 25% of tip when it’s should be only 18% if is a party of six or more. Never going back.

We have been coming to Sakura since it opened. We have celebrated many birthdays including mine and my 10 year old boy's bday last week. The food has been always delicious and consistent. The food is fresh and the showmanship is AMAZING!!! All of us adults and kids love the chef's skills and tricks. I totally recommend this place for a entertaining family fun with delicious food. The only negative is the bathroom cleanliness and maintenance. Please put more love an attention to the bathrooms, after all everything counts for a perfect experience.

Food was ok, but not particularly memorable. The wait staff and cook were nice. The host (guy in charge of seating people) was the absolute worst - extremely rude and just ruined the meal for us before we were even seated. We thankfully did not have to deal with the host after we were seated, but we are definitely not coming back here.

My daughter had a birthday dinner here. There were 10 of us.I had set it up for a minimal menu. Maria was kind and printed out a menu saying "happy birthday" with my daughters name on it. Chef was friendly, engaging and even helped get service for us.The servers, if we had one, were non existent. My friend even commented about how I was always looking around for help that I'm not enjoying my food.I had to ask other people for help who seemed irritated at the request. It was my daughter's birthday and we watched other tables be sung to. She was NOT sung to, nor was she asked if she wanted a birthday song when I asked for my bill.Fernando, a busser(I think) was very helpful and not frustrated with my requests for help. When I called Maria the next day, she was apologetic. She asked if we wanted to come back and she would sing for my daughter, but after spending over $400 the night before, I was not going to go back!Coming from food and catering in my past career, I was very disappointed with this event. Won't return, maybe for a lunch, but, that's a maybe.

This is my twins' favorite place for their birthday dinner. We started coming here when they were 5 and they just turned 17. Love this place for Teppanyaki!! Thanks Sakura!

I had Luhan, Lobster and 49er rolls. They were melt in your mouth delicious and fresh. I also had the shrimp tempura and it was light, crispy and also delicious! Highly recommend this restaurant.

We came here to eat at the right side which is the non hibachi. We ordered just 3 things:Las vegas roll - fried sushi that is very bland and had a fingernail size salmonCalamari - it's not fried but seared on butter that lacks any flavor rather its bitterMiso soup - basic and a little watered downTwo thumbs DOWN.

The waiters were very nice and polite and although I had trouble communicating with them (I am a foreigner and English did not seem to be their first language), there was really no major issue there. I ordered hibachi steak and shrimp and, unlike the previous time, when I really enjoyed the taste, it seemed quite bland this time. The cook also had a "let's get this over with" attitude and appearance. Admittedly, I was there at 4PM and I was the only person there, but they either cook hibachi or not - and if they do, they should show some enthusiasm and humor the customers who come and pay for the show. Their sushi was really good, though!
