They need to open their ears. Asked for a drink and when they make it wrong, they blame me for saying the wrong item. If there are security cameras, they should review the footage. This Starbucks is located to the left of Safeway in the busy Sequoia Station Shopping Plaza. Parking can be a challenge during busy times. The caramel brulee latte with almond milk was deliciously made...and was ready within minutes. Was disappointed that at around 1PM on a Monday, they were out of peppermint (initially wanted the peppermint mocha), and were also out of oat milk. Overall, good experience here. The employees were friendly and efficient.
