The hot fudge sundae in the picture looks nothing like the hot fudge sundae I received. There barely was any on the bottom of the cup and that's it. I'll never order that again. A waste of money and time waiting in the drive thru.
Was waiting out in the car for more than 45 mins for our meal. This is the 2nd time we visit with the same results.I went in to see if they forgot about us and I could hear the noise employees in the back laughing and I rang the bell. Then had to wait 5 more mins for someone to come out and I told him we’ve been waiting in the stall for a while and he said sorry, and brought out our food. Food was great. But my ordering was difficult, the milkshake was not properly mix or enough toppings, and my coney dog was put into a bag standing up. All of the chili went everywhere.3/31/24 - coney dog was dry, food took 20 min, and my drink order was very wrong. Not sure what is happening with Sonic but this is the 4th bad experience I have had this year. Don't think I will come back to the San Bernardino County locations.
