“I'm going to be honest I'm not the biggest fan of Jack's. In other stores I've had to wait up to 20 mins on a 30 min lunch. But this is the best Jack's I've been to. The staff is friendly, inside of the store is clean and best of all they'll have your meal ready in less than 5 minutes. The food actually looks presentable and is fresh at this location. Please don't go under new management.“

“My granddaughter tried the new sandwich that I'll call "Chicken hot dog". She loved it so much that I went back to buy one for my other granddaughter who gave it 2 thumbs up. It's chicken tenders in a hot dig bun with sauce and fries. The service was extra nice which is rare for a place as busy as Jack in the Box.“
“I've used the mobile app for both the Trautwein and Alessandro locations multiple times (mostly for breakfast before my round of golf) and have been completely satisfied. I can't remember ever getting poor quality or cold food. I typically order a loaded breakfast sandwich with modifications and they have always gotten it right and my sandwich has always come out of the wrapper more than just warm. Jack is probably my #1 go to for a quick breakfast.“

“I placed an app order for the Smash Jack.First, I gave up on burgers 2 years ago as I was so disgusted by their taste. When Jack offer a smash burger on a brioche bun which included cheese, pickles, and Carmelized onions, and an orange colored sauce close to thousand island, I took the plunge... No regrets. It hit the spot, although I got a side of crisp lettuce to fill the one missing element for my perfect burger. Thanks, Jack. Your Smash Burger is a hit! YUM!“
“The food was good. Can’t complain. But this is just a fast place to get food. It was good though. I’ll go again. If you go here. Try the mini tacos. I get the Loaded mini tacos but my wife likes the plain ones. The two tacos are a great deal also. They are hot so make sure you don’t mind a little heat. Otherwise ask for no hot sauce. You must ask for a Cheesecake! They are some the best around. It’s amazing this is available in a drive through. At Jack in the Box of all places. Make sure to eat it cold though. It’s not as good at or near room temp. There shakes are super thick and creamy. Ask for a spoon if you get a shake. Also you can make the Oreo shake chocolate if you ask for it. Chocolate lovers should go for the chocolate cake. My favorite choice would be the jumbo Jack. Yeah, it’s basic but it’s a great burger if you are a burger kinda person. You will love it. The egg rolls are best with sweet and sour sauce. For breakfast ask for the croissant sandwich. If you get curly fries definitely go with ranch for the dipping sauce. I have to go now. I’ve talked myself into driving to Jack in the Box.“
“I enjoy ordering the build your own munchie meal. Just the right amount of food for the price. I would recommend changing the small drink to a medium in the Snoops munchie meal being that it is $4.00 more than the regular build your own. Other than that keep up the great work.“

“I must apologize, I thought I was reviewing the jack in the box near my house. This one was amazing, I was on my way back home with my son and he was hungry it was the closest to our area. This jack in the box may be my favorite, there was an employee here named Carlos who was probably the best employee any company could have. Always very friendly and happy. “I just went to Jack in the Box here at 9485 California Ave, and I bought 4 Tacos and they came out delicious and quickly!! Not to mention the employees working at the time of 2/23/2023 at 10:49pm we're every friendly they deserve a pay raise. I also live in the community. Plus, I can always see that (this place has a lot of customers any time of day). so it doesn't make sense why it's rated one star and a half? I am very sure that the community would disagreed with the rating of this Jack in the Box, it should be much higher.“
