I recently visited the Soup Shoppe in Riverside, California and I must say I was impressed with my breakfast order. I ordered the country fried steak breakfast plate with over medium eggs, a side of home fries with grilled bell pepper and onions, and a side of biscuits and gravy. Great atmosphere. Love their breakfast and lunch. Changed ownership a couple of years ago. Expect to see a lot of regulars. There is not a lot dining room space and the hours are limited. No dinner service. But they are friendly, good food, weekday specials and quirky decorations. Have been going for decades.
