As someone that lives in San Diego and has fresh fish all around me, this place was head and shoulders above any other place I’ve tried. My husband and I started going here 20+ years ago when the original owner still owned it. It was the best sushi in town until Jimmy sold. We stopped going there for several years but then read a review that someone who had worked for Jimmy bought it from the second owner and it was better than ever.
