“Hana did not disappoint, as we were recommended this place by multiple people. We ordered the chawanmushi, a variety of nigiri, spicy edamame, maitake, shumai, finished off with the cheesecake & black sesame icecream. Everything tasted fresh. Can’t wait to come back.”

“With the road construction work at the second driveway entry, the GPS coordinates are confusing and not accurate. Guests should be directed to drive through the main entry into the parking lot because of the construction.”

“A few weeks ago, I was in the area for work meetings. I wanted Japanese food but I'm not a big fan of sushi or sashimi. I did a google search and decided to go to Kyoto based on their menu options. I immediately knew I made the right choice when I saw sukiyaki on the menu. I also ordered the hamachi kama & goyza. The food was delicious authentic Japanese cuisine. I've traveled to Japan numerous times and the food was very reminiscent of those trips. The service was also amazing. I noticed that every customer (dine in/take out) that came in seemed to be regulars. They knew the staff by their first name. Although I did not have any sushi or sashimi, I did see a lot of people ordering/enjoying those dishes, so I don't doubt that their raw options are yummy as well.”

“We had dinner here before a comedy show. Steak & salmon and all the sides were fantastic. Perfectly cooked steak. Our server and other staff we interacted with were friendly and attentive. The interior is very nice, good décor and ambience. The only negative is that you have to go through a cigarette smoke filled casino to get into the restaurant. It would be nice to have an exterior entrance. Its a high end, somewhat fancy dining experience but to enter and exit you are basically walking through poisonous smoke clouds.”

“I've only done takeout from here. The pad Thai is great, the pumpkin curry, too (sometimes made with kabocha!). The BBQ pork over rice with carrots & broccoli is yummy. I have yet to order ahead - I show up and see what strikes my fancy and order that. It's a bit of a wait because it's not served from a steam table, but finished to order. Friendly staff. Phone pay works, & emailed receipts.Vegetarian options: Dishes can be made with tofu.Dietary restrictions: The carbs are rice, so the gluten free crowd can eat here.”

“Recently went there for a cousins birthday it was great. The whole atmosphere had a good vibe and the service was excellent. The only thing that I can't really rate is the food because the only thing I ate there was pizza but that by itself was pretty good. Overall good games, good service and a good atmosphere. “This review is for service only. I've read the review's. Maybe I'm different from all other humans. I found service was top notch. Amy, our server, was great. The runners were great. The people at the door were great. Maybe gamblers have a high expectation after losses. We had calamari, wings, cheese bread, meatballs, pizza, and salads. All washed down with a nice selection of beers. The food was good but no match to the hard working folks serving us. If you notice, the only response from management is for 5 star reviews. Weird. Guess they don't take criticism well. Food is a solid three stars. Maybe four for hand made items such as pastas. If I were gambling at Graton, I would definitely drop in, but to choose that as a destination with all that Sonoma county had to offer...I would just say thanks to the fine folks in our county that work hard to make spending our money well worth it. Thanks Amy for treating our table so well.”

“This is the best Mountain Mikes location!Been coming here since I was about 8 years old, and the staff has changed but the food is still amazing. They even have kept the gaming room section.The last time I came in, I ordered a half Snowy Alps and half cheese and extra pineapple.It was a busy night, but I got my pizza promptly. After getting in my car I opened to sneak a slice, and it didn’t have extra pineapple, it had pineapple and pepperoni. I called immediately and the staff was AMAZING! I can’t stress that enough. Not only did she remake the entire pizza, while I waited she told me to just keep the second one, then the owner came out and apologized, handed me a free soda and 2 more large ranches. I was really taken back by the level of amazing customer service they provided. And the pizza was delicious! “These are the nastiest wings I ever had in my life, I ordered a 16 piece lemon pepper hot wing and they sent one order of bland hot wings with curly frys and a order of no flavor tasteless wings with cury frys I did not know chicken could be so bland and nasty. we didn't even eat them they're just sitting there, we did not even have dinner because it was so bad.”

“I have always loved red lobster especially the cheddar bay biscuits. We went there tonight for the endless shrimp and it never disappoints. After the first round I got full but got to enjoy some more coconut shrimp, a little popcorn shrimp. I also love the shrimp scampi and the one side I got was broccoli. They have there new mock tails and I tried the coconut colada one. It was so delicious would get it again. All around good service. Always love coming back.”
