There were quite a lot of people already seated when I came but luckily there was no line to order. You can choose to use their kiosk or order at the register. The kiosk was easy to use and they accept contactless payments. It took me 5 minutes to order because I couldn't decide on the drinks. They have all the classic drinks at a reasonable price. Came to Gotcha for a SKZ cupsleeve event, it was super cute!! I played it safe & ordered milk tea, I wish I tried the ube milk tea. Drink was pretty good, I wouldn't say I'd go out of my way to come here since I'm not local but it's definitely good!! Other than that, the event they hosted was really fun and loved all the little vendors they had.

Another good find when it comes to tea places.Fast and friendly service.The ambience is great to go sit down and relax for a bit, especially after walking around and shopping at the Rosemead plaza.Nothing negative to say . It’s nice that they have a claw machine to play at while waiting for your tea.I got a jasmine tea with aloe, no sugar. Love that it tastes like actual brewed tea.Parking: Small spaces
