The food here is delicious! This restaurant offers authentic Shanxi noodles, which truly capture the essence of the cuisine. The cold dishes are particularly enjoyable, as they are both refreshing and delectable. However, I did notice that I felt quite thirsty after finishing my meal.
The food here are surprisingly good. We ordered lamb soup noodle and that stir fried cat noodle. I didn't expect much, but it surprised me how good it tastes. The stir fried noodle has this fresh aroma - Chinese saying "wok gas." Lol... My lack of vocabulary can't explain that. The lamb noodle soup tasted similar like the 101 chain noodle restaurant, but better with eatable lamb. I don't like lamb, but I can eat this one. Last, but not the least.
