We were there, and we didn't like the service. It wasn't good when the waiter told us that she didn't have time for us to write down the order. And it was amazing to see her right after that, just standing without a job. Water was not added, napkins were not offered, the table was not freed from dirty dishes, but they brought new dishes with food and did not know where to put it, we had to move everything ourselves. I had a birthday that was spoiled by such an attitude, it was sad. It was not pleasant that we paid an additional not small amount for the service. Although everything was very tasty.

This place just sucks now.Just before the pandemic, Arigato was our go-to place for sushi. They delivered a good amount of food for a good price. Not to mention that the service was great too! AFTER the pandemic, this place has done completly downhill. Service is very spotty now. The waitress doesn't come to you as often, and it feels as though they have some sort of aditude with you. We've recommeneded Arigato to a lot of people, and they all agree that they don't care about their buisness anymore. Anyway, besides the service, the actual SUSHI ROLLS have had a VERY VERY obvious cut to them. Sushi rolls are very small now. You pay money to get a quarter sized sushi roll. I don't know what happened, but they have down-sized. We started going to a new Sushi place and realized that Arigato is NOWHERE near as good as the places nearby. Why would anyone go here anymore? There's just no point in paying good money for sushi that aren't even good anymore.

First time trying today and we'll definitely go back. The service was amazing, the people are so nice and friendly. We got the fried gyoza and chicken yaki tori appetizers. Both were yummy and the perfect size. Then we got three rolls to share which was even more delicious and extremely well priced. I highly suggest this location to anyone looking for a wide variety of food and rolls. It was also super quick for lunch, we were in and out in 35 minutes, but they didn't rush us.

Not sure why everything on the menu is 50% off. In big letters, 50% off is actually printed on the menu..... Why not just print the prices as half off without the inflated cost? seems misleading. The spicy tuna lacked flavor and spice. I also ordered one if the spiciest rolls and no spice at all. The sesame chicken was good though.

Amazing sushi, best chicken karaage anywhere, nice ambience.I have been to this place a couple of times but this time the service was poor. The food is amazing so I'm sad to say that our waitress was not only rude, she was impatient and not helpful. My brother was trying to get a box from her but she was actively ignoring him.Bad service is one thing, but she brought out our check while we were still eating. 45 minutes till close. I have worked in restaurants and even after close we do not bring checks until the guests are done and have requested the bill.I will be coming back, the food is too good to not but I expect better service next time around.
