Please trust these reviews, they are legit. My husband got our dinner here tonight, it took forever. His chicken nuggets were stringy and old (from the KFC side) I got the Papa Burger combo. The onion rings were crispy and good, and the burger is completely inedible. The lettuce tastes old, and the burger doesn't taste like burger meat. It tastes sour somehow, and on my second bite, I bit down on something hard and white, like a piece of bone. Yuck. Went right in the trash.

Food tastes good. But it was cold. Burger buns were just taken off of the fridge. People that worked there acted like they didn't want to be there. Went about 50 miles to eat at an A&W. Next time I will go to the one in Lincoln it's a little closer. And I would give them a 5 all 5s.

I absolutely love A&W! I grew up with their delicious root beer and fresh burgers and i'm so grateful there's one near me. I just saw an ad for their new 3/9 burger and it was so funny and cute, love Rooty!!

Food was great but what sucks is 1: the line was legit 3 cars but we waited close to 15 mins and 2: they only gave us 2 sauces for the whole meal

Their grill is broken so no hamburgers at all and you can't hear the lady or the man on the speakerThey need to put a sign at the drive through saying no hamburger we waited 30 minutes and couldn't get anything

I've gone three times ad every time it was worse and worse. 25 minute wait time for chicken not having multiple sides and some of the worst customer service I've ever had. It wasn't even a lunch rush. I was the only car there.

The chicken is always super hot and fresh. They will give you as much sauce as you need with not charge. The chicken wings... so good.
