The food was fantastic, and my steak was cooked to perfection. The only down point was that the appetizers I ordered for our party were not delivered. (I wasn't charged for them.) Dispite being crowded, the noise level was low enough for our party of six to enjoy our conversations without having to talk loud or strain to hear. I'll definitely return for more dining.Parking: I did find it hard to locate the Handicap parking spaces.

I usually get the sheriff steak which comes out amazing every time. I pair that with the sweet potato which is extremely popular and sometimes sells out early and the service is usually top notch. The only thing I would change about this restaurant is it is too dark inside. I have poor eyesight and I don't always take reading glasses with me I can read just fine without them as long as it is adequate lighting, so whenever I'm there I've got to get out my cell phone and turn on the flashlight to be able to read the menu it's just too dim in there.

We stopped by for dinner & we arrived early with no reservations and got seated with in 15 minutes or less. Dinner was delicious, I loved the menu options. Our server Kaylee was great and she snuck in a Birthday wish song ? ?

Overall, I quite liked it despite a few problems I had with it. The ribeye steak I had was really good, though you should probably make sure to ask them to remove the onion rings on top if you don't like those on your steak. Apart from that little blunder, the food was overall really solid, with crunchy french fries and nice milk. However, for whatever reason, they changed their chocolate outlaw cake for the worst. I get that change can be good, but it was changed to something that seems to go against was it was described as being, a triple dosage of chocolate cake. I would really recommend they change it back and maybe make the new cake an entirely separate entity. The service was really good at the bar, with the bartenders being really friendly. Overall, I'd recommend giving the place a try if you haven't already. Just don't try to bike there as there's no sidewalk on the road by it, and it's borderline dangerous to ride Taylor Rd over I-80 with the way it's designed. I'd recommend either driving there or utilizing Uber.

Most everything was fine with this last visit except for the prime rib my wife ordered. It was very chewy and no flavor.

Adam sucked. Worst service at this Cattleman's ever. Never got anymore Salad and waited forever for a drink refill. When it came to paying, same deal I doubt I'll be back.

I've never eaten here. I didn't even know this place existed and I live in Georgia. But pastor Danny said this restaurant gave him the worst experience of his life so it's the worst experience of my life

Their steaks just don't seem as good as they used to be. But it was still good. A bit expensive.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Cattlemen’s Restaurant, and it was an experience that left a lasting impression. The steak dinner I enjoyed there was second to none, and the value was simply astounding considering the exceptional quality of beef. Being in Northern California, close to such a rich variety of beef sources, certainly seems to have its perks. The meal I chose was a perfectly cooked porterhouse accompanied by creamy mashed potatoes. It’s worth noting that every meal at Cattlemen’s comes with a generous salad, freshly baked sourdough bread, and a hearty side of baked beans, making the dining experience even more satisfying.Cattlemen’s truly offers a remarkable experience for anyone in search of a top-notch steak. My only wish is for more locations across California, beyond their Petaluma and northern outposts. I definitely plan to check out there other locations when I’m in this area.
