I've gotten sick multiple times at this store, a couple times I saw mold on the tomatoes on my meal. Behind the counter, I see male staff be harassed multiple times. They look uncomfortable and there seems to be no action being taken. I wouldn't recommend this store.

They where inpatient and rude. They walked away from me ordering to take care of the drive thru. Then the soda Machine was not working properly and when I asked for her to get me a soda , she seems very inconvenient at my request. Then the frise where sitting in the warmer and also the tacos. They where old. I asked for fresh fries and got Additional attitude from her and try to argue with me. Then when I went to eat my eggerolls they where soft and old teasting. The hamburger had no keptup like ordered. We added our own. Also she changed the order to a different sandwich from what we wanted. This is a location I will never return to.Kid-friendliness: Rude to my special needs daughter when she tried to ask a question.

Maria the shift manager is a horrible person that doesn’t care about anybody. Refused to help me and is a criminal. She she be put in jail for not giving the food that a customer paid for. Nothing but criminal activity and theft happens at this location. The food they give out is probably spit in.

Sometimes service can be slow, but I have no idea if there's a large order before me or what. Of course I am also part of slow service because I like extra well done fries without salt. Their well done fries are better than McDonald's well done fries. I love that I can get breakfast anytime I am there. I can't rate the atmosphere because I am a drive thru customer. Generally their fast food is some of the best fast food in taste and appearance.

It was packed as any fast food but they forgot a sandwich, I understand sometimes it happens but I try to be polite as much as I could bcuz I worked in fast food in the past and the person on the window was super annoyed when I ask for extra things. I was driving from far and I needed napkins and sauces and I wasn’t gonna wait to get home to eat which was an hour away.

This is the worst tasting jack n the box. Whenever I get it at other locations the food is good but at this location it is stopped together and the food taste burnt like their deep fried oil is bad. There was also nothing in my tacos.

Went last night to get late night grub. Open sign on, people inside. Pull up to the window and the person on the speaker says they are “under maintenance”, and then I pull around and see two employees, one with the headset on, just talking at the counter with no “maintenance” people or vehicles in sight. Was very disappointed I had to drive all the way to the next closest Jack in the Box 15 minutes away. Do better!

On 12-01-23 I ordered and paid for 2 bagel egg and cheese...I added 1 sausage patty in each bagel. I did not get a sausage patty in one of them... I paid for the extra for the sausage Patty I would like credit for it.. I have tried calling but no one answers the phone.. it is very upsetting when order and pay for something, then get at home to find out your order was not done correctly....please correct this issue.
