I'm giving a two star for a prior visit. I ordered online, showed up to pick up my order and the store wasn't open. I reached out to customer service about being charged for an order I never received. They got back to me about refunding my money and I still haven't received my refund. That's too bad because I liked the convenience of being able to order on the app, pick it up, and jump on the freeway on my way to work. Visited on 08/20/22. Boyfriend and I ordered 1 The Go Getter (Large) which costs $8.39. I had a 50% off coupon for any smoothie as well. After I paid, I asked for my receipt and noticed that the cashier charged me for 2 instead of 1 (receipt states that 2 smoothie costs $16.78 but since I had the 50% coupon for 1 smoothie, my overall total was $12.58). Got both of the kids drinks - strawberry banana and the blueberry one and they tasted flavorless. It's like there wasn't enough fruit in the drink and was only blended with ice and some of the grape fruit juice they used. I remember getting the acai bowl here before and it was good so I don't know if just the kids drink were very diluted.
