This morning I decided to try a new restaurant. I never ask for my custom sandwich, I ask for them to make me the sandwich they make for themselves the way they like it. Turns out a turkey sandwich on white bread with lettuce and tomato, lightly seasoned and mayonnaise. It reminded me of a Saturday afternoon in my youth at the lake with family and those sandwiches mom used to make. Thank you for a great lunch.

I've missed Jimmy John's since the Howe Ave location closed! My daughter and I were in the Roseville area today and Jimmy John's came up on Google so we had to grab our chance... So good!

Jimmy john's sandwiches in roseville are a joke! If you want a real sandwich from jimmy john's go to the one on sunrise in citrus, heibites, much better!

I love coming to jimmy johns for a veggie sandwich. Fresh ingredients and great flavours with amazing bread, what more can you ask for? I was able to try their new pickle flavoured chips. They were good, people who love dill will enjoy them! I still prefer the jalapeño over these though! Service is always friendly when I go in, there is always a line so I like to order online from their website for pickup. You can do all of the customisations you want online.

Placed an online order for catering box for my son's bday party here . I placed the order 2 days before pickup i arrive at my schedule time to be told that my order hasn't even been worked on . The employee stated she was short staff which I get it's like that everywhere now days . However her lack of concern or customer service was very rude when I had told her I placed the order a few days earlier . Her response was well I'm short staffed and I have to work on orders for customers that are here in store. Not only was I late to my own son's bday party my order was also incorrect . I will Never visit this shop again Customer Service is everything and it's not available at this store very poorly train employee.

Mm mm, don't go to this one. Pick another JJ's if you want it bad enough. One time I got the veggie sandwich which is supposed to come with the avocado spread; they forgot and my wife was sad. Next time I ordered the veggie with extra avocado spread and they still forgot it. I went inside and asked about the avocado and they gave it to me in a little condiment cup, even though they charged me for extra avo. Couple weeks after that, I ORDERED THE SAAAAME THING... THEY FORGOT THE DAMN AVO YALL! I had to stop at the Raley's to get avocados, so I could put in it there myself before my wife got home, who btw still to this day didn't know I did that! Only reason I didn't make a fuss is because everyone behind the counter look like they could whoop my ass, including the females. They all look like they did hard time upstate. But they probably didn't because a former convict can turn a steel bed into a 5-star hibachi grill. I digress. Just don't go here.

I ordered a sandwich that included ham and turkey but I asked to substitute the ham with salami. The cashier said ok however she did big mention that I would be charged an additional $2.89 for the salami. When I looked at my receipt and noticed the charge I called to ask if this was an overcharge and I was told it was not. I'm ok with paying a bit extra for a substitution but I wish she the cashier would have mentioned it to me. So I paid full price for a sandwich, minus the ham and an additional $2.89 for salami. Shouldn't I at the very least get the ham I paid for?
