Food is very expensive and not as tasty as I remembered. And you expect to receive the food you ordered. I don't like returning to the drive thru to reclaim the food I already paid for.So why go back, right? Any store can have a bad day, but when this happened 3 times in a row, I made the decision not to frequent this store any longer. Sorry KFC.
They were running low on yard bird. So we had to wait 15 minutes. No big deal. We were given 4 complimentary drinks and a chocolate cake. The lady was very polite. She had a " Ben " tattoo on her arm so I called her Ben. I think she is in training for assistant manager..GOOD LUCK TO HER!.

A true KFC lover can notice subtle differences in taste among the locations, and this location serves chicken that taste a little better than most. Service is better than what you'd expect at a fast food joint.
