I will rate this business separate from the kitchen that sells food. Good choices for drinks and the price is good. There are daily deals on milk tea boba. I ordered a large brown sugar milk tea boba -- the brown sugar syrup was thick and rich and the boba was delightfully chewy. Maybe I'll order this less sweet next time. Minus one star for the annoyingly sticky floor.
Sorry, I have to give it three stars. I was disappointed. I ordered lechon (fried pork belly). I thought it would be combination plate, but it's not. All it is only lechon, and portion wasn't much either. I know the price goes up, but this is ridiculous it cost almost $14.00. The price goes up almost $6.00.

Superior variety of boba teas and the pork buns here are the best around.It is rare to find a cashier there that is friendly though. Even though they are often smug for some reason, we still go here at least once a week.
