I finished my order. It was packed and sent to the cashier. Then, the girl who took my order started to order for a guy who worked at the booth next to them. When I was at the check-out paying for my dinner, the girl came to the cashier and told her to run the check-out for their own people's dinner first. And literally took my order away and pushed the other order in. So I said, "I am sorry, am I being cut in line?" Instead of correcting the mistake by continuing my check-out, the girl casually said, "This order is for us (her friend who works in the next booth)."Apparently, your order will be prioritized if you are a friend of the employee at Panda Express. And the girl said so casually as if this is how it is supposed to work. A person like this should never be trusted in a leadership position as this is how corruption starts.

i was here just the other day and this girl at the front counter was SO SLOW. Aaliyah was her name and she was too busy messing with the receipt that my food got cold. Not to mention the huge line i had to wait in because she was doing this to everyone else. Very unfortunate will not be coming back while she is on the clock. food was good tho

Food court at Roseville, Galleria, Panda Express. Hubby got his usual 2 entree plate with Broccoli Beef and Teriyaki Chicken and Chow Mein. He enjoyed it.
Greasy goodness for a very fair price. Did I say greasy? I meant oily... Good choice selections and portions are usually pretty big. Just depends who's dish'n out the vitals.

ALLERGY WARNINGNormally I have good experiences when I come to this panda express but today I discovered a shrimp had been cooked in with my orange chicken. I'm not allergic so it doesn't effect me but it made me concerned for others who are. I immediately called to let them know so they could take the proper safety measures but I don't think they understood what I was trying to tell them so whether they made any changes is unclear.Dietary restrictions: Found a shrimp in the chicken. Not good for people with allergies

Lucila was extremely rude to us and denied us our discount. Normally mall employees get a discount but she kept asking for verification and when given it she denied it anyway. Employees need to be better trained on how to properly handle discounts! Mall employees get hungry but she demands to see our ID, badge and when we showed all of this she tried to ask for a business card as well? Who has a business card these days? Extremely unprofessional and rude.

I decided to give Panda Express another try... plus, panda express can be super delicious in a pinch!I started on the right side of PE and the mall was crazy busy! All the food looked piping hot and full except the orange chicken. Iwas sad to see it was almost out. The girl starting got straight to the point asking what I wanted. When I said a 2 entree meal with half and half, she then asked if I wanted rice or chow mein, lol... I didn't get her name, but I could tell she was tired. The next girl was Angelina. She was friendly, outgoing, and got more orange chicken when it ran out. So I went with the fresh orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. She chopped it up pretty fast and when I requested the teriyaki sauce not in the packet, she didn't hesitate to get that for me. She also asked me if I would like a drink and I picked a medium dp... she was the nicest person I have had help me there. When it was time to pay, Katana took care of me & my boyfriend. She was nice too. I requested soy sauce and chili and we were on our way. The food tasted hot & fresh. This was definitely a great experience at Panda Express thanks to Angelina and Katana!
