Just want to say the young man at the register was amazing! I believe his name was Connor, he was apologizing to people while the manager was giving snarky comments to him. He was great with customers and remained calm when people were extremely rude. This young man is the definition of customer service!!! Will continue to come to this location because of him. Great job Connor.

They are pretty good and perhaps a little better than other papa Murphys I've been to. They were quick to make my pizza and everything was put on neatly and evenly. The person who worked there was also nice and helpful. The place appeared clean and stocked as needed. Nothing was out. It seems like a good Papa Murphys location.

The pizza was ready on time, the service was great, and the food was delicious, but the price is much higher than it used to be, in comparison to buying cooked pizzas. The cost for a "Take 'N' Bake" pizza used to be considerably less expensive than cooked pizzas, but on this visit I realized that is no longer the case. Now it costs more to buy a pizza that you have to cook yourself than it does to by a pizza that's ready to eat, which makes it lose much of its appeal, in my opinion.

I have been to this Papa Murphys lots of times and 90% of the time employees and pizzas were great! Unfortunately the last couple of times I've been here one of the employees, Hannah (that's what the name tag says) helped me. Her tone is very rude and off putting. She rolls her eyes and huffs and puffs like it's an inconvenience to do her job. I could do without her interaction, maybe not let her interact with customers. Ugh

Today I ordered online for pickup so when I picked up my order I walked out to my car and I realized I was missing my cheesy bread from my order. I came back in and I told a chubby white woman working there (takes her job very important) that I was missing the cheesy bread- She DIDN'T believe I had missing an item and in fact came out to my car to verify that I didn't lie and receive the item. Extremely unprofessional. Like really??? I wish I would have gotten her name because I feel her behavior is extremely rude and unacceptable. Like I'm a paying customer being treated like I'm lying.

I walked in at 6:45 pm on a Wednesday and there were two employees behind the counter. Neither actually looked up at me. One said something to me but I couldn't hear her and asked her to repeat herself and she practically yelled at me. I was the only customer in the store. I told her I needed to order a pizza, if that was ok (ha ha). She didn't respond to me but looked very frustrated (almost upset that I was even there) and walked me to the cash register. I asked her, "Pretty busy night?" And she literally didn't respond, still not looking up at me. About 15 seconds later she said, "huh?" And I replied with "nevermind." She then threw the receipt at me and said, "Have a good night. " I had to ask how long before the order would be ready and she said 15 to 20 minutes. Her name tag said Hannah. I was sitting waiting and there were 3 staff members up front, all busy ignoring me. I hope that management understands that the customer experience really should matter. I paid $18.50 to get treated horribly, like I was a nuisance. I work in customer service, I understand the pressure that is being put on workers right now but does it really need to be said that businesses should hire people who are friendly? Smile? Are kind? Too much to ask? To your management team: please do better.

This review is overdo. We picked up a pizza on Superbowl Sunday and it was delicious!!! Good service too! The prices have gone up since the last time I ordered here but so has everything else. Just place another order , hopefully it will be good too.

Pizza is fresh and taste good but a half and half is not one quarter and three quarters. Otherwise all I'd good and there is peace in the valley.

Ordering a pizza for my son and I. Family size, 1 topping. He just likes cheese. So, I ask the manager, Alden (who had his name scratched out on his name tag), if I can have his topping on my side. He says yes. I pulled my card out to pay. Proceeds to ring me up and try's to charge me $2 for an extra topping. I didn't order an extra topping, I just wanted all the topping I paid for on one side. That was when this guy started having a super condescending tone and says that once he enters it into the computer, he can't change it. He says he can give it to me on the side. So I cancel the order, ask for the other portion of the topping on the side. He again tries to charge me $2 saying "We'll, we can't just give away things for free!" More exchanges followed as I tried to get him to follow the simple logic. He continued with his smart talk and condescending answers. I paid for a one topping pizza. The amount of topping should be the same and it should be distributed however the customer seems fit. He said he's the manager for the whole store so I asked for the corporate number. He refused, saying it was a franchise. So I asked for the proprietor's number. He refused. So I asked for the proprietor's name and received "John". When I asked for his last name, he said "I don't know". You don't know who you work for? Horrible customer service; I can see why this location has 3.5 stars. All of this over a hlaf of a handfull of black olives. I would like a response from the actual owner of this franchise. Horrible customer service. Was it because I was paying with an EBT card? So, the manager is prejudiced against poor people buying a pizza as a treat for him and his son? The other staff was very nice and polite. This guy needs to be let go and another employee with more common sense promoted.
