Food is always consistently good. would have given it a 5 but my sandwich was a bit soppy and messy. tasted great but if I were on a date I would have been mortified at how sticky my fingers were. Delicious - just messy.

We have been to Paul Martin's on multiple occasions. The food is consistently good, but both my husband and I stated that our meals last night were the best we have had there. Our server Linsey was outstanding. She is friendly and attentive to our needs. We look forward to returning.

Always one of our favorite restaurants, when I made our reservation for 2 I requested a booth as I always do, we arrived on time and when they went to seat us they tried to put us at an open table by the back door, when I told the hostess I specifically requested a booth she developed an attitude and made us wait while she took care of other people. The restaurant was not busy and there was at least 5-6 open booths so why try to seat us by the back door. Got our booth and had a nice dinner but think the customer service could be a lot better

7 had dinner. Several of the means were poorly presented and consisted of out dated or poor quality vegetables or meats.

Timing of food delivery to table was very off. Appetizer was brought with salad course. 2 entree's were delivered and the remaining 2 entrees didn't come out for about 5 minutes. Not acceptable.

First time eating here and probably will be our last. We wanted to check out the food in this little center and decide on PM's for a quick lunch. We were sat immediately but then our waitress did not come until more than 15mins later. She was very bland and rather cold. We ordered our drinks and our food - since we waited so long. The food came out at a good time after ordering. Food was alright - my husband said I would not want to try his French Dip as it had so much fat in it; honestly it didn't look very appetizing. I stuck to my Crab Cake Benedict - which was pretty good; nothing amazing just alright. My mimosa was pretty good, but for $10 in a small portion, it should be. We weren't wowed by the food or the service (there was a group employees by the door just chatting away) and our waitress did not come back so my husband took the bill up front while I went to use the restroom ?... OMGOODNESS - these bathrooms; besides one stall being so small, you have to enter side-ways, the floor was disgustingly sticky, only two stalls, the walls were dirty and it just made me feel sick. Also, someone came in used the bathroom quickly and ran out NOT washing their hands ... I hope it wasnt an employee. My husband said the men's bathroom was gross also. There is an incredible about of seating for only two stalls. We will definitely stick to Sienna (down the way) from here on out - which is a 5 stars on all aspects and their bathrooms are spacious and extremely clean.

We love this place and enjoy bringing new folks here however this must of just been an off night?? We came with 2 new friends. We ordered drinks: My Martini with twist showed up with olives..... No big deal, I mentioned it to the manager passing and expected a new martini- I mean olives already in the glass is not going to go with a twist! Its tastes VERY different. He comes back with a lemon twist on a napkin for me, I guess to add to my drink with olives????? Yikes. The food this time was mediocre. Our poor server (she was great) was slammed but we were in no rush and very patient. Disappointed our patience couldn't of been rewarded with better service- in particular from the manager. We had 2 blah drinks and okay food. Again, this is not their regular experience. Hoping for better lucky next time.

The ambience was great. We receded right away our server. Tim was really good explaining stuff his timing, his service his humor. The food came out at a reasonable time. It was cooked perfect and delicious. Tim came back numerous times to check to see how we were doing, and if we needed any more drinks we will definitely come back to Paul Martin again

It's a nice atmosphere but very crowded! We were feeling like there was way too many table crammed together which made it loud. They had our party of 10 right next to the kitchen so it wasn't relaxing it was very busy sms things dropping. It was very good food but for what we had i feel like it was over priced! One of our meals came out when everyone else was done eating but they did comp that and added 3 free desserts for the inconvenience!! Service was really good but would go missing for long periods when we needed things!! But we felt it wasn't his fault they gave him alot of table to take care of!! Over all we did enjoy our dinner!

They were too busy to care for our needs and patrons. High expectations, delayed seating, service was slow and special (New York Steak w/lobster sauce) was fatty and not cooked to desired temperature. Disappointed to say the least from previous dining experiences.

The food and service is good. However, the owners sem to be going for quantity (of customers) over quality (of service). Get rid of some of the tables even if you need to charge more for the meals.
