Half my baked potato was rock solid. Expect to wait 30 minutes or more for your food to be cooked most days. It's a tiny kiosk, with 4 associates, and a huge amount of customers.
I have always been a fan of Potato Corner!! From the San Jose location to this one, there's a consistency but service has always been on the slower side. I understand it takes time and it's important for the food to be fresh/hot. But going on a Tuesday night, I was hoping that it wasn't going to take a long time. The line was quick but it took at least 15-20 minutes to get our fries. We ordered the Giga with Chili BBQ and Sour Cream & Onion - definitely to my expectations as usual...read full review

Customer service sucks in this place. I ordered a chili cheese fries and asked them if it comes only with fries and cheese and chili and they confirmed it but it came with meat. Then I told the ladies about it and they were mad at me instead of me being mad at them. So I can say is poor customer service and angry faces there.
