This Starbucks constantly gets drinks wrong and at this point, I think it is on purpose. They also have a very entitled attitude and hide behind the fact that there is no face to face, meaning they are only drive-thru interactions with customers. When you say they got your drink wrong they argue and say they did not get it wrong. Why would I say that when I am the one ordering and paying for it? Who in Roseville CA can’t afford a Starbucks drink? Certainly I can, so can I just get what I am paying for? The two nearest Starbucks to this one are always nice, pleasant, and don’t mess up on drinks. I only go to this one because it’s close to my house and on the way out to the highway so it’s an easy stop. But I guess I have to go out of my way to never come here again. I’ve given them so many chances and each time they are worse and worse. I’m not rude by the way, I’m very nice. The manager is no help either and hides behind their baristas, poor management skills to be throwing your employees under the bus like that too. Must suck to work there.

This location has some of the rudest female "baristas" working there. They couldn't even get a simple order right. I only come here for the pumpkin foam cold brews. If it wasn't for those I'm at Peet's. They make great coffee and are always friendly.

Cute fun coffee meet up with good friend. Was super busy and the new system of just putting down orders on the counter was bit confusing. Got our order and sat outside on chilly breezy sunny day lol.

I visit this location 1-2 times a week to order drinks for my partner and me. I order the same drinks every time. However, this last time they decided to make my grande drink, that I order in a venti, with extra ice rather than extra cold foam as requested. I love the cold brews with extra foam and was taught by another Starbucks barista to order a grande in a venti cup to get extra cold foam. I was disappointed they took it upon themselves to add extra ice instead of confirming my drink request. I do not plan on visiting this location anymore.

Fastest Starbucks I've ever been to. These kids are efficient and polite. They all looked like they were having fun working together in this little spot, even on a cold, rainy morning.
This location is strictly a drive-thru. It's always busy! The staff is great and I come by every couple weeks and get a tasty Frappuccino or Iced Tea!

This Starbucks is a drive-thru only. There are times when there are a lot of cars in line, but don't be discouraged, they move through them quickly. Way faster than Dutch Bros! Staff here always super friendly too. I frequently go out of my way just to come to this Starbucks. From what I can tell they have a full menu too!
