Bought two footlongs, requested to wrap each six inch separately for Togo. The lady wrapped it up separately but when charging she charged for 4, 6 inches sandwich instead of two footlongs stating that this was owner rule. I would not have minded leaving tips for good service but is this subway corporate rule to charge for six inches when requested to wrap a foot long separately? Most importantly, ETHICALLY should have informed us before wrapping the half separately about charge difference so we could make informed choice.Your customers deserve fair treaty. Please be grateful that you get your paycheck because we come to purchase your service versus several other locations. My review is not for few dollars disparity but the unethical behavior.

Worst service ever. They said ‘Not their fault’ when asked for a refund ands giving back the sandwich called owner and she would not say or do anything but offer a discount to making another order. Need training and to speak English.

Language barrier made sandwich incorrectly. Would not replace sandwich or a refund. Horrible customer service. I will call corporate this week to let them know the situation with this franchise. They never answer the phone I am sure due to language issues.

Extremely poor service and the staff brawled over a coupon with elderly customers.
Ordered sandwiches as a cool dinner on a hot day. The two tuna sandwiches were absolutely pathetic. Each sandwich had 1 tablespoon of tuna...we had to disassemble the sandwiches just to find the protein and we literally scraped it off and measured it. When i tried to call to see how they could remedy the situation, no one answered the phone for the 20 minutes I attempted calling (they are open until 9). I usually go to a different subway location, but this one was closer and we will NEVER go here again. Poor quality. Poor service. What a total rip off.

I'm never going to order from this place again. It took 45 minutes for this place to figure out what happened with my online order and they continuously we're talking crap in another language about me to their coworker. They had also charged another customer $.80 to sit and eat the meal that they had ordered at Subway.

So... apparently when they get your sandwich wrong, you will have to remake it. I don't mean they forgot salt, or to put tomatoes on it. They actually made a tuna instead of turkey and cheese. I mean they both start with a "t" and "u", but I digress. This is how they handled it: told my 12 year old they made a tuna sandwich, then gave him a bag with turkey and cheese in it. When I went back in, they gave me attitude and rudeness just to remake the sandwich. I guess the expectation was to scrape the tuna off and throw some dry turkey and cheese on myself. Interesting business tactic. Perhaps they were trying to help me. You know, give a person a fish vs. teaching a person to fish.

This evening around 4:45 PM. I stopped at this place to get 2 foot-long subway sandwich this to girls there was really mad for some reason ? they serve me so bad & the way they're doing my food was so disgusting .... they don't even talk to me No HI... No Bye .??? The sandwich was horrible the way they do it . I don't know what's going on.The worst place everI never seen on my life kind of the serving . It was horrible. However. I throw my sandwich on the garbage. That's Not Ok i'm spending my money. I should get a good service . Really disappointing please. I will never ever go to this place.?
