Service is exceptional. They have a great host by the name of Brandon. He is knowledgeable, suggestive of the different types of foods, and very friendly. Higo did a great job hiring such a great employee. Food was good, ordered teriyaki steak and chicken with California rolls. Yum
Higo Express is a Japanese Peruvian fusion restaurant located in a shopping center. They have a few tables inside for dining. I usually get their half rotisserie chicken plate with a salad and steamed garlic rice. The chicken is juicy and very flavorful. I love their green sauce. The sauce is creamy and has a spice. I wanted to come to this place to try acevichado sushi, I was very disappointed because the taste was not good at all and it didn't taste like acevichado sushi, we also ordered roast chicken with potatoes and chaufa, the taste was too good, the chicken was perfectly cooked, the potatoes golden and perfect, the rice tasted very good, I will definitely return to this place to try that good chicken and other delicious dishes again .the price is quite affordable
