One of Sacramento's premier restaurants. Place is tiny and warm and reminds me very much of my family and the food I ate growing up. The entire menu is perfect top to bottom and I couldn't recommend it more.The family also has a bed and breakfast and winery located in Italy and they feature some of their wines on the menu. First time at Adamo's and loved everything we ordered tonight! The grilled octopus appetizer was THE best I've ever had. I used to think Cancun Moon Palace had the best octopus, but Adamo's has it beat!Next up was the homemade gnocchi, cheese ravioli, and bolognese pepperdelle. All were excellent. We were fortunate to travel to the Mediterranean recently on a cruise and sampled local food in Livorno and Naples. The flavors at Adamo's takes us back to Italy. Most authentic Italian restaurant in Sacramento, hands down. Wonderful food with a small menu and delicious wine. The winter gnocchi was fresh and light. Salmon picatta was extremely lemony and creamy, everything was delicious.
