Came here for the first time, just a random find but the food was pretty good. I got the beef teriyaki and I thought it would be sliced thinner, it was pretty thick and tough so it was hard to chew but the flavor was good. Solid place, would come back to try the katsu curry!
Expensive but totally worth it! This is a wait to be seated establishment, you may be offered seating in the front or back room. For this review I was in the back and it was beautiful. Food was delectable and sake was the perfect 21st birthday drink! We got 4 rolls, 1 appetizer and 3 drinks, costing about 110$ Great place for a celebration :) Staff were wonder and kind, with quick service

When we venture into that area, Akebono is a tried and true place for dinner. The place is much larger than it seems; there is a back room with lots of tables for larger groups -- a VERY big plus for our family. The menu has many options, so everyone is bound to find something to their liking. We've tried a variety of things there -- from bento boxes, to curries, to appetizers, to sushi....
