Earlier this year, our favorite Chinese restaurant, Kim's, closed. The rent doubled (KP Market strip), they couldn't afford it and decided to retire after 32-years. We tried Chef Bo. THIS is our Go-To now. The Orange Chicken dinner combo, very spicy with steamed & chicken fried rice. It's a HUGE portion. It wasn't "very spicy" BUT enough to not be over whelming. One of our local favorites. I personally think their chow mein is one of the best I have ever had. Also the general chicken is tasty without to much heat. They are also always super friendly and inviting with their customer service. It is always a pleasure, lastly the broccoli beaf is out of this world.
