This restaurant came from a friend of mine who said I need to try it out. Well, it didn't disappoint. Most locals from the Sacramento area have probably already heard of or maybe already dined at the Firehouse. It's one of the oldest restaurants in the area. Every thing from the greeting when we walked in to the end of dinner was next level. Fine dining as it should be. If it was less than a hour drive from my home, we would definitely dine there more often. Looking forward to visiting again.

Overall an 8.5/10. Food was delicious, great service & presentation. My filet was slightly overcooked & didn't seem like 9oz but I absolutely hate to send food back. One of the best wine lists I've seen in a LONG time with decades of aged Silver Oak CS. Very impressive. Would I come back? Absolutely. Would I bring clients back again? 100%.

Food was hit or miss. Appetizer if Kibster Nocci was on point. Delicious..made us get excited for dinner. It went down hill after that. The lamb was ok. I had 3 bites and gave the rest to my son. Potatoes and asparagus with the lamb were good. But didn't make up for the price point. The scallops were amazing but the risotto was unedible. I would not eat there again. The servers were good but no one asked why the risotto remained completely untouched. Made me think they might already know it was off.

We come here every year on our anniversary. We had our wedding reception here. The wait staff are all very professional and make you feel comfortable from the moment you sit down. The food is probably the best we have had in Sacramento. The drinks were also done well. My only complaint is that we go here early to have a drink before dinner. This year we went on Friday and there was no place to sit at the bar and they don't seem to serve at the tables surrounding the bar. I stood at the bar for a good 5 minutes before the first person approached me to see if I wanted a drink. Normally we go during the week and that isn't an issue.

Food and service was great! I even got a complimentary dessert because I indicated it was a birthday celebration when I made the reservation. Highly recommend this restaurant. Will definitely return.

We have a joke in our family that the seasonal vegetable at firehouse is always green beans. So, that's a bummer. The chicken saltimboca was not good. However, the steak and pork were awesome. Bread and salad and soup also awesome. Amanda was divine.

From the moment we walked in to when we left the service and hospitality was on point. Amanda was our server, and she was excellent. Attune to diners every needs. The food was amazing. The scallops were cooked perfectly.  the cocktail menu was creative and tasty. They have an amazing wine binder as well. Looking forward to dining here again.

My wife and I decided to celibrate our 50th wedding anniversary at The Firehouse. The staff were very helpful and friendly while still maintaining a high level of professionalism. The wait time for food to be served after being ordered was tolerable, no long waits. The food itself was excellent . The meat was tender and the sauces a prefect complement. Dessert was a delight. The final accolade goes to the price. When the bill was presented both my wife and I were plesantly surprised. All in all a wonderful evening leaving us happy that we had chosen The Firehouse.
The food was marginal, although they did bring a vegan dish for one of our friends that was very good. They treated us well and provided a birthday dessert for another of our friends. The food has been better in our previous experiences.

My family celebrated my father-in-law's 85th birthday at the Firehouse last night and it was amazing! The whole experience was wonderful and my father-in-law throughly enjoyed the experience and food/drinks. They gave him a crème brûlée on the house with happy birthday written out. I have never been disappointed with anything I ordered from here.

The Firehouse is always a fantastic experience, never disappoints. Food was excellent and service of course is top notch. Our server Andreo was unbelievable, friendly and entertaining but still always a step or two ahead. We can't wait to come back.

We were a group of 8 and needed to dine quickly as we were attending a concert at 7PM. We let the server know and she was very accommodating and kept us right on point. Dinner was excellent - drinks were cold and delicious. We enjoyed our dinners and appreciate the staff's assistance in getting us to the show on time. Thank You! Jerry

Everything was great,drinks,food service but for 2 things: It was hard to hear sometimes because of the noise level.But yet again, it was the night before Valentines Day. We ordered 2 appetizers. One was warm,the other cold. They brought the warm one first , waited for some time, reminded the waiter, and waited another 15 minutes. We sent the second appetizer back. Told the waiter he should have kept the warm back and serve both when the cold one was ready.
