First time visiting as it was a place our son chose to help celebrate his girlfriend's birthday. We started with some appetizers and soup. Appetizers were decent but as we were having the soup we noticed some bugs moving around the soup. They immediately took our bowls and asked if we would like something else. They said it was bugs in the vegetables. Which for a staple place like this you would think they would make sure everything was well prepared. We went on and did order from the menu. I would not say there was truly anything special and especially for the price. Size of dishes were definitely not family style so originally we had only ordered 4 dishes to share between 6. Ended up having to order 2 more dishes. When the bill came I expected to have a manager come over or even a discount for the bug issue but nothing. Almost as if they didn't care. First time is also my last time. Definitely was not worth my $220

This is my favorite restaurant in Sac. The food was top notch. The ambiance and decor are fantastic. The service was friendly and efficient. I can't wait to go back!

Went out with my daughter and bf for a late dinner. We went big. Salt and pepper chicken and Wor won ton to start with. Both were excellent. From there it was Buddha's delight, orange chicken, bacon wrapped scallops, chow mein and steamed rice. Everything was fantastic. It was pi day and they had sold out. But our server Mariah found one hiding in the back for the road and even comped it for us. Amazing food and excellent service as always.

I happened to be in the neighborhood and so I stopped in for a drink. Dylan was working the bar, and he was friendly and great to talk to. What a great bartender.

Check your to go order before leaving! I just got home and 3 of my 4 rice orders were not in my to go bag. At $3.25 a serving that's not cheep. So disappointed no one checked my order ?

I decided to venture out and try some dishes I haven't usually had at Chinese restaurants. For what we paid the dishes were alright. The spicy dishes are pretty spicy, and I feel like I have a higher than average tolerance, but that made it hard to enjoy the dish. I feel like it is worth coming back, I may not have got the best things that day.

We ordered the orange chicken and it was delicious. We also had friend rice and that was also great. Our waiter was great but toward the end of the night he kind of disappeared but maybe because they were getting off but still. I made reservations and we got the big booth and I really enjoyed that (not guaranteed) so I'd recommend making reservations ahead of time to try your luck out. The restaurant felt pretty cozy and little low lighting which is what I like considering the occasion. I will definitely be back.
